I feel like all the influencers were given the exact same products from mejuri to show before diamond week..its like they're pushing these lab grown products bc not enough ppl are buying lab grown right now due to them not holding their value long term. I do think mejuri is still charging too much for the LG products considering them being a poor long term investment.😕
Exactly, I agree with everything you said. I personally would never buy lab grown diamonds. They’ll never be like real diamonds for me. I get that they’re more ethical etc, but I would buy vintage diamond jewelry then and not fake ones. I feel I might as well buy Swarovski crystals if I were to buy lab grown “diamonds”. They will never hold their value like you said, or has the beauty and charm of having been found and created naturally in nature and then a professional diamond cutter creates the perfect shapes for them to make them sparkle and shine. 💍💎

Same material, same conditions of heat and pressure only accelerated and controlled conditions to produce them faster. They are not fake. Please educate yourself. LG diamonds do not have the same value in the market because they are not rare and mined from limited sources as with mined diamonds. The resources invested are at a lower cost and less middle man involvement. Your preference is your preference, not gonna argue that, to each their own but don’t post misinformation. Swarovski crystals are cubic zirconia, look it up.
LG are not as rare as mined diamonds, the whole marketing and restricted supply drives up the price. Frankly I agree Mejuri is asking too much for readily, more easily available LG diamonds but then again their prices are rising as they keep opening more and more stores hence raising overhead costs and looking to recoup from customers.
mejuri diamonds are not even good quality in the first place. ive bought the diamond dome ring for around $800. its cute from afar. influencers market them as "solid gold" but it doesnt feel like a solid piece. i think its about 1.2grams of 14k gold. absolutely NOT worth the price even with the discounts
Diamonds don't hold their value anyway natural or lab grown. Nobody should be buying diamonds as an investment, but each to their own. Not even gold jewellery is an investment due to the price. You'd need to buy pure gold bullion. Mejuri is solid gold so you are wrong to say it isnt. However, most of their jewellery is veey dainty and not very weighty so you don't get a lot of 'gold' for your money per se but I feel like the same can be said for most mid range gold jewellery these days unless you pay alot of money or buy abroad in countries where gold is cheaper
