In today's episode, my husband and I hang a beautiful wallpaper mural in my dressing room. I finally get the chance to mount the antique crown molding I've had in storage for years! I add an antique DIY gilding using rub n buff paints for a chateau inspired look. Living in a Victorian house has been a dream to decorate and this project is finally nearing completion!

My Dad could pretty much do anything. My Mom took full advantage of this. Anything she dreamed up he executed. I was often on the receiving end of their talents. There was the doll house, a child size china hutch, an art supply box and when he started blacksmithing, an easel for my artwork. I will always treasure these.

That room has to be my favorite with the French armoire. The wall paper, crown molding and gilding is over the top. Exquisite 💕💕💕

Hi Selena, hearing you say you hauled molding around for 3 years and saving it until you had use for it made me feel so normal lol. I just pulled out some silver today that I’ve had in a box for ages because I finally have the perfect spot for it. Worth it! The molding is amazing btw!

My husband and I go to our Winery every weekend and they always have music. The trolley comes with going to be Brides with their tiaras and banner including their Entourage! Lol We bring our little Bichonpoo, Daisy too. I have a wine slushy and I bring grapes, cheese, meat and crackers since they do not provide that! But the music is great!!! Relaxing and we meet so many nice people❤
Pete is a blessing. He loves you so much and it shows in his actions. My hubs (of 45 years) is as the same mind as Pete, " It's fine the way it is". I agree with you Selina! I like to always improve or add-to, curate if you will. Must be a "woman thing". Smile. We are nesting or creating our surroundings, and they should be what you love. (I hate putting up wallpaper, it is a chore. Hubs helped me put up anaglypta wallpaper a few years ago in our dining room. I was worried it wouldn't stay up beacuse the paper was so heavy, but lo and behold it is still hanging in there). So sorry about your stabbing leg!! Hope it is doing okay!! You guys did a beautiful job on the paper. I love your choice for this space. Very girly girl, feminine. I get the Victorian, French, shabby chic vibe. The moulding is perfect for it! Love it all! P. That wardrobe is one of the most magical things I've ever seen. My grandparents had a flea market when I was a kid and there was this giant wardrobe I got inside of it, tried to close the doors from inside, and shut them on my fingers. When my Pappy asked me why I did it I said "I was trying to go to Narnia"

love your wallpaper so pretty I know how wallpaper can be so so crazy We are putting up wallpaper it's vintage victorian it's alot of fun and we went and got moulding from a old victorion home that they tire down and we bought it all from a salvage company like I said we are haveing lots fun we gave been restoring the two homes we own. fun fun have fun looks like you are have great day God Bless!!!

Oh, Selena I was thinking of you earlier today! I was watching another you tube channel called Knorp and South and they visited a salvage store and as they are going through the store there is a display of hardware for cabinets etc. I instantly thought about your need for hardware for your dressing room cabinet. It doesn't show everything they had, but I thought maybe you might want to check it out, or maybe contact the store to see if they could find you what you want.
WHIMSICAL is the word I use when I see something that you would want or like roses crystals etc.those 🍇 🍇 grapes looked so good mollie sure loved that grass ,can't wait for the finish room♥️🦋🦋🦋🌻🌻🌻🐝
