    Enjoy watching your videos mate and your progress. I start play just march 2022 and get mental about this game too.
    Practicing every morning 1h and evenings 2,3h but since last 4 months I join 2 teams and play about 3 to 4 comps a week which I think that give more improvement as when I start play game and was magic word “game on” my hand start shaking and I was not really just to stressed but after several games now I’m relax enough and I can get my throws from practice board to game. In my opinion most important is play as much games you can against good players even they beat you but it will back and you will start beating them as soon you feel more relaxed in game. All the best brother and keep going ❤

    Yah, this is inspiring, SUBSCRIBED!!! just passed my 200hrs of darts practice this week, been playing since november ´20 and i really feel this is gonna also take me probably 10-20 yrs from now on, if i keep my roughly 1 - 2 hour/per day rythm up.
    Keep up the passion and dedication! I am somehow on this journey too i guess; LOL. Anyway: Cheers mate!

      So happy that have inspired you towards your own journey it’s really great and love your commitment. Will keep on pushing so can help others understand the process even better 😉
      Also if you want so more gains and growth try more intense sessions over consistent ones. The brain likes to go into auto pilot mode which stalls mental and muscle growth so when it’s under pressure and tired it has only one thing left to do. Grow! 💪 keep up the great commitment and thanks for you support ☺️🙌

      @@RR10000Hours Have only rarely gone through longer practice / playing sessions for like 3-5 hours; because it´s almost as if my darts-feeling is deteriorating after 2-3 hours or even longer stretches. Feels like it´s dragging on slowly and becoming exhausting to concentrate / focus when scores and doubles drop to a low point after a few hours. Last time i did that, i was so frustrated cause i like to end practice on a positive note, and i (as you also described it) almost lost confidence in my throw in the end when the positive results are absent, but I will try to plow forward next time to force myself through that situation. Unfortunately I also very rarely play in pubs or against a "real-life" opponent other than online darts or against the app...
      I´ll stick to your advices over the course of the next weeks and let you know how that works out.
      Thanks!

    • @RR10000Hours
      @RR10000Hours  3 года назад +1

      Yes very good points and it is tough, has be structured and build pressure if you can get through the mental side then it makes it easier. Also practice has to be focussed and difficult this makes matches easier. Real life competition also helps like lots of matches in one day as forces you to focus and does the right thing to you muscles.
      Even try six darts Is an easy one to get a proper workout ☺️🙌

    What Im wondering is if you do commit with the10000 hour expirement and I do the math, lets say you play 4 hours a day, 4 times 365 days a year is about 1500 hours, that means you take about 6 to 7 years do reach the mark of 10000 hours. Thats some commitment :P, but I wish you all the best, also how do you record your hours? Im just curieus

    • @RR10000Hours
      @RR10000Hours  2 года назад +1

      Yes that is right and my view is that can turn pro in 5000 hours which is yet to be proved meaning that there would be time for more hours etc , but yes a big commitment for sure and I record them on notes tab on my phone after every session usually followed by an instagram post 😁

    • @RR10000Hours
      @RR10000Hours  2 года назад +1

      I always had days where couldn’t fit in that amount of hours around jobs and stuff etc so there was always time. There were weeks where I did back to back without a rest at all but I personally believe now that the rest days in between are more helpful. Hope helps thanks Lee 🙌👍

    I am training every day for 1.5 to 2 hours. Started 4th of Januari and had a 40 to 45 avg. Now i am st 58 to 60 avg. I saw you made a big step from 400 to 500 hours coming from a 55 avg to a 67. I hope i am in this stage at the moment. Some days are really hard, but its about keep going. My goal is a 70 avg end of this year. How come you felt back from a 80 avg to a 72 again. Is it just the average of your last match or a couple of days?
    Because i had the same i felt back from a 59.75 to a 53 avg and now i am back on 60. Calculated over the last 20 matches on WDA best of 9 legs.

      Really great to hear your own journey and the time your putting into it sounds awesome keep it up 💪😊
      It’s very tough to keep going but just keep the goal in mind !
      Yes for me there is growth phases and often followed by focus or training drop. For me it was actually overtraining and working to much with my hands in the day and having arm pump which is fatigue not allowing me to release the dart properly. Also I changed my darts and this put me back a little but was mainly fatigue, I have rested for the challenge tour a few days before and have my custom darts so expecting a much better result than the last challenge tour which was really bad performance wise from my own view. Roll on Friday 😎🙌

      @@RR10000Hours great to read all this. Its beginning sepember now and i am more or les in on the same avg as you where back then, oke slightly worser lets say 58 instead of you 63 or something. But you went up 20 points in your last 4 months of the year correct. So that really gives me the strength to keep going.

      @@chielvd yes mate sounds like your on track one thing that definitely helped me to jump up was heavy practice sessions followed by rest days and also the slight tilting of the dart at the midpoint when it is in flight giving the feeling of knowing where it feels everytime. Focusing on my biggest weakness has been a key component also but still doing this and this weekend will see if it can make the difference that I expect
