When fasting, there are some key things to keep in mind. Fast with the proper heart posture. Listen to this message as Pastor Vlad shares a revelation about God’s chosen fast.
Notes:
The fast that God ignores is the fast that ignores God.
Isaiah 58:3
Leviticus 16:29
If you’re fasting and still gossiping, go ahead and eat (repent)!
1. The Requirements of God’s Chosen Fast (Isaiah 58:6-10)
1. Stop hurting others. (Verse 6)
2. Start helping those in need. (Verse 7)
3. Don’t avoid your family. (Verse 7)
4. Stop pointing fingers. (Verses 9-10)
5. Stop spreading rumors. (Verses 9-10)
2. The Reward of God’s Chosen Fast
Isaiah 58:8-9
1. Your light will break through, and your darkness will be like noonday!
2. Your healing will spring forth speedily and God will give strength to your bones.
3. Your righteousness will go before you but God’s glory will go behind you.
4. The Lord will answer your cry and call.
Isaiah 58:11-12
5. The Lord will guide you.
6. The Lord will satisfy your soul in a dry place.
7. You will be a blessing to others.

Have been wanting to fast God's way, so this is perfect and timely.
I just naturally do fast, as in waking up at 4:30 and having my first meal at 12:30, then sometimes supper. I think they call it intermittent fasting, (?) but it's really just how my body works. I have never done a fast intentionally for God, and to be closer to Him. God's timing is perfectly suited for each individual.
Following God's timing and His perfect will for you is the only way to live.
I’m starting a 21 day fast today.
Hi Pastor Vlad! You know what's crazy? I prayed a few days ago, at work, with you tube open, and I said, God, tell me what preacher to listen too, I need something. The scripture says, “The strength of the wicked is being cut off, and the power of the godly is being increased.” Everything that’s trying to stop you, you need to see that power as being cut off. It may be hindering you now, but it’s only temporary. It’s not going to last. It has lost its source. Every day, it’s withering; every day, it’s getting weaker. On the outside, it may look the same, but on the inside, it’s drying up.

This music brings tears to my eyes. God is wonderful, I can’t thank him enough. People who know me and my husband in our area. They know what we have been through and how long it took us to be successful and where we are at the moment. If you are familiar withe scriptures, I mean the word of God you can tell that Jesus always talked about destiny helpers and I met mine 6 years ago.. I met Mr Andrew in a church seminar 6 years ago. He is a young man with a good heart. God used him to change my life and the lives of people around us. It was a huge step we took and we do not regret it. Please pray for me. I’m facing homelessness with my two small children. My life living with lupus has it’s ups and downs. I’m in a lot of pain swollen joints, fevers out of nowhere and fatigue are just a few, because of my condition I declined the vaccine, and was fired over my decision. Since than I’ve been struggling to provide for myself and my two autistic children. My husband passed away three years ago, so I’m all alone. I have no family nor friends. Both of my sons are non verbal so as a mommy things can be a little more difficult. We are facing homelessness we have nowhere to go. I’m so embarrassed because of my situation. I have no family nor friends to help me, but I have nothing but Faith that God will provide. Keep Faith in Him. Please pray for us durning this time. Thank you.

1. Stop hurting people
