HOW TO FAST
1. START WITH A CLEAR GOAL.
Why are you fasting?
Ask the Holy Spirit for guidance. Be specific.
2. PREPARE SPIRITUALLY.
Confess your sins to God.Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal areas of weakness.
Forgive all who have offended you and ask forgiveness from those you may have offended.
Surrender your life fully to Jesus Christ and reject the worldly desires that try to hinder you.
3. DECIDE WHAT TO FAST.
Are you fasting food? Food and water? Social media or television?

It is strat slow but keep yourself humble. I have medical problems that I can't fast like I want but I do something like cut things I enjoy like noodles and chemically foods so I eat just pure and I know one day I will go on a full on fast

Did Jesus Christ not do enough fasting for you on the Cross crying about His thirst that you have to add works to attain "keys" to life?
Is the Blood of Jesus Christ not clean enough for you that you have to add works to it?
If anyone preaches another Gospel other than Grace let them be accursed. "It is Finished" you don't have to add works to go up levels or receive anything from God, or He is a liar. Which one?
Fasting is healthy if you need to fast.

@@parsons7 what's wrong with going on a fast to be even more CLOSE to God? Some ppl are able to come from under strong demonic oppression and strongholds through fasting and prayer so how is that wrong? That's not saying that Christ's sacrifice wasn't enough for us but it's OBEDIENCE

- An entire city's water was polluted in Michigan/great lakes area. They didn't really know how bad it was, but God knew, Heaven knew. God sent an Angel to the Earth with a staff in his hand. He struck the reservoir, the lakes, and the water was saved from contamination for the people to drink. God showed this to a man who reported it online.

- You can also get a bore-hole well water for yourself at your house or land! They use the big oil drill machine, they haul an excavator dig a spot then they attach the oil-driller and they go down for water.
- Pray over your well that no one is dumping waste in it near by! Even so if you go deep enough, right location it is ok. God cleanses polluted water.

IF you are pulling out Isaiah this is what it commands us to do! this has nothing to do with depriving your body of food!
What a dead work!! Sheesh smells like Africa in here!! Fasting fasting praying praying staying up all night worshipping while all the orphans need help!! Eat some food, and go help the orphans!!! Good Lord Mercy help us! Get the people off their own works and to focus on Jesus Christ, feeding the little innocents instead of all this expensive churchianity and "fasting".
If someone actually has to starve themselves to learn or be humble please show them "all knowledge and wisdom" is in the Lord Jesus Christ. That we receive the Spirit by faith not works. People need Jesus Christ they need Grace they need the Gospel. I don't even remember hearing the Gospel in this video!! What a scam!!
no where does the Isaiah scripture prescribe "fasting food" as good, but
loosing bands of wickedness good,
undoing heavy burdens good,
letting oppressed go free good,
breaking every yoke,
dealing bread to hungry,
take the homeless man in to help him,
clothe the naked/cold person,
don't hide from your wife/husband but love them!
