I have seen many interviews of Indra Nooyi. The questions asked in this interview made all the difference in this interview. Kudos to the host. Indra Nooyi is an amazing personality. Everytime there is something to learn from her. ❤
This is nice getting her on.
She is the true embodiment of an empowered woman👍
great interview. her comments about failure is good. But, sometimes the manager you work for is not capable of supporting you or is not a mentor to help you leverage your career in any capacity nor has the skills. In that perspective you have to make sure you carefully choose the right manager vs. the job. I had a good job but the manager was a disaster. In that case, pick people wisely to work with and for. there is still so much sexism but her story shows that with good mentors & people women can make it to the top. You have to be around competent confident people. The rest will follow.
That was an awesome interview and I learned so much from her. Also, you asked really meaningful questions. Thank you!
Thankyou so much! Glad you enjoyed it, have a great day🙏🏻❤
This is one of the best interviews with Indra I’ve ever seen. Thank you! I learned so much!
Thank you for this interview. It is so educating. 🙏
Focus on what you are doing is good advice. I was suddenly with folks who focused on a dream and not what was right there for them to do. The word dream can sometimes be lost in transition. Remember fondly how our maids did such a good job at home and today I hear they went on to graduate and get jobs and therefore break the blue collared life cycle and have joined the middle class in India
Host was too good. Asking all the right questions. Very inspiring interview❤
Really inspiring. Always motivating to listen to her.❤
I worked in 4 companies in my country , 2 local and 2 international, When I started I packed boxes when I left the last company I was their Lead Lab Technician in the Quality Assurance Department, Yes I put myself way above self and invested in the company, I'm retired and now serving the public in charitable events with the ROTARY CLUBS delivering wheelchairs, That building of blocks to make a house after you have laid a foundation amazing I'm inspired,❤❤
One of the best interview I've ever seen
Learning begins after you graduate from college!
Great interviewer, excellent interviewee!
Inspiring!
Very inspiring
🔥
She is great
❤❤❤❤😊
I don't like the title "an Indian immigrant". Well, there are smart people around the globe and it doesn't come down to their culture or language when intellectual abilities are concerned. I find this title really offensive.
amazing
