    Hello Pattu Sir,
    1. I see a lot of articles about Nifty 50 Investment based on PE ratio "Low PE high return" and backtested results, but
there are no similar articles on Nifty Next 50 (At least from my knowledge). Will this still work on Nifty Next 50? if so what will be the PE range "Undervalued to Overvalued".
    2. You Talked about Franklin India Dynamic asset allocation fund, In this fund the strategy is to invest in Equity and Debt (Blend) based on the Nifty 500 PE and PB criteria and reallocated every month.
Can we use the same idea of PE, PB based allocation, and Invest in Nifty 50 and Nifty Next 50 Passive Funds for Equity Component and Liquid Fund for Debt Component Manually for the retirement plan? (optimum returns with lowered risk).
My age is 30 and I invested 50:50 in Nifty 50 and Nifty Next 50 respectively.
    Thank you.

Sir, Clearly explained. Could you please make a video on real estate investment. Lot of financial advisors are saying real estate will not give good returns unlike 2000 to 2012 period. But still I am seeing real estate property (not flats, apartments) is giving decent returns mainly in suburbans. I have seen many people have created wealth only investing in gold and real estate. Is it a right time to invest in real estate. Kindly make a video on it or please reply. Thank you professor.

    Hello,
I want to ask you if this asset allocation in index funds is right or wrong. I am not good at finance. These are the index funds which I invest in every month.
    Nifty 50 - 35.71%
    Nifty Next 50 - 35.71 %
    Gold Index fund - 14.28 %
    Mid-cap index fund - 7.14 %
    Small-cap index fund - 7.14 %
It would be of great help if u suggest any correction in the above allocation. Thanking you in anticipation. 🙏🏻

Please suggest a plan for someone who is 90% in fixed income and 10%equity mutual funds at age of 30 .. How should we shift asset allocation to equity if money involved is big and does it help if we start allocation at this age. Lot of people seem to be in this phase but gets scared to move a big accumulations to equity when they learn about asset allocation.

    Hi Pattu sir,
My current retirement AA is 43% equity & 57% debt. Currently I am investing more on equity (almost 90%) to make AA as 60% equity and 40% debt. Once I have reached my target AA, should I change my investment amounts as per target AA or 50% to equity & debt ?

    Hey Pattu,
Regarding your calculations on N50 + NN50, I don't think you have accounted for thr fact that most NN50 funds have 0.3+ TERs.. would that make N50 + NN50, an unfavorable investment for the long term? Axis N100 has a relatively lower 0.15-0.16 TER. The biggest problem however is that the TERs can change anytime in the future and making long term decisions based on that doesn't make a lot of sense.

    • @pattufreefincal
      @pattufreefincal  3 года назад

see past videos on this. There is more N50 + NN50 vs N100 than just TER!!
