Watching this is making my blood boil. Even Moses when he disobeyed God wasn't allowed to enter the promise land. The Lord is a God of consequence - whatever a man sows so shall he reap. You can't cause an accident and expect not to bear the consequences. The family can forgive him but he has to face the punishment for endangering the lives of people with the reckless driving.
