This Home in Bhopal is Inspired by a Spanish Country House (Home Tour).

- Located in a gated community in Bhopal, The Earth and Wind is designed using earthy materials, with the aim of maximising the entry of light and ventilation into the house.
A foyer leads into the dining room which further flows into a living room which also houses an informal dining and bar area and concludes at a garden space at the rear end of the house thus creating an open plan on the ground floor where each space flows into each other. A central courtyard that runs cutting three floors connects the house vertically and brings in sufficient light throughout the day.
The use of arches, stone cladding, brick flooring and wrought iron detailing establishes the design’s inspiration from a Spanish country house, while the house remains rooted in colloquiality with the use of Indian art and craftsmanship seen in various décor pieces and design detailing.

Subtle colours, diverse materials, various artworks, and a fine balance between indoor and outdoor spaces are some of the key highlights of this project. The designer walks around the house giving an insight into how she brought together various textures, materials, and colours cohesively to deliver a tastefully done family home.

After all maximalist things, it turned out to be a minimalist house. It's truly a beautiful home. Cozy, Warm and classy.

Blend of industrial Spanish house especially First floor, moroccon heritage house wall designs, South Indian Palace ceiling, colonial tiles pattern, jaipur wooden mirrors, contemporary elevation,moraccon bathroom walls, srilankan double height ots. Extraordinary work mam. Put everything all together with creative aspect is great. Good taste of colours u have.
Beautiful design especially the interior. Architects have tried to do many things in one place without being too loud, every design aspect compliment and blends with each other, yet being distinct and retains its own relevance.
I have seen when architects compel to do many design in one place, the design mess up becomes too loud and disoriented. But very rarely seen things comes around this way with an almost perfect blend many design in one place.
Owners are really lucky to get the worth every single penny they spend.
Kudos to Architect Priti Mam. Brilliant Architect who understands the core psyche of Indian "we want many things". Bcoz for us a home is everything.

Well planned house. The experiment of various materials pallette has come out beautifully together. Checkered floor is very interesting breaking the gf pallette. Well thought out project. Congratulations

Lovely house, I loved the oasis of green plants everywhere.The emerald green sofa in the upstairs party area is really smart .Lovely opulent bathrooms. The only thing that seemed a little weird to me was the chairs and sofas upholstered in pink in the ground floor.Anyway if the owners are happy, that is fine.A near perfect house.The architects and interior designers have done a superb job

If the house is facing north then how the restaurant can be on the western side. It got to be in the Eastern side as it's onto the right.
I didn’t see an iota of Spanish country rustic charm. There is no terracotta tile, roof tile, a courtyard, patio with pagola and grape vines providing shade, olive tree, a fire place, walls have no texture. Spanish house is all about outdoor leaving with front and back garden. Mediterranean houses are the most beautiful on this planet.
Many of the architects, home owners still don't know that according to actual vastu Pooja room should not be place in NE corner. Everyone follows blindly from generation to generation. To place a Pooja room it depends on various factors that which side is road, whether God you worshi is male or female etc.
Nobody cares.
If I worship combinations of God, and my home 4 side roads, where you will keep the pooja room, Vastu is just myth, don't pull back the people
