My first drone ( dji mavic air) arrived 2 days ago. I had never touched a drone before, and I havent used an actual camera ( not my phone) in a decade. I feel you explained things in such a way that I can learn multiple things with multiple playthroughs as my skills improve.

Best I have seen. I like the fact that he gives explanations, but we can always go to Auto anytime and still get great footage. It's not the end of the world if we don't get a great manual shot. Thanks for this video.

File Index Mode controls file naming conventions. Under Continuous mode, files are saved according to date, then sequence, eg: 062618 1, 062618 2, etc. Reset mode will start anew with each photo/video, potentially overwriting previous files.

Hello! I just found your channel and love what I see so far! I was just given a DJI Mavic Air Red from a friend and have flown it a couple times. I want to learn more about it and heard that you have some videos on that model. I looked through your offerings and can't seem to find any. Is there an easy way to just see what Mavic Air videos you have? Now, I'm just scrolling down and I'm glad you have so many videos, but it makes it hard to find just my model. Thanks for sharing this information. I wish you the greatest success!

Great video, thanks! Not sure if this has been answered for you yet but file index mode keeps the count of the pic/vid in memory and indexes it up 1 every time you take a shot regardless if you’ve taken all of the previous shots off of the SD card or not. If you don’t have it set to continuous it will go back to 001 or whatever if you insert a new SD card or pull the data off of an existing one and reinsert it.
When your on the EXP screen actually move the joystick and you will see how making the changes impacts the joystick.. the dot will move and follow the line and you will see / feel how much movement you have to do in order for dot to start moving.. super handy to see it while you test the movements.. also helps you see which of the 3 is adjusting what for sure..

I feel these kinda videos are more of a personal preference for the most part....we all have our personal preferences on how images look.
