I have a very deep obsession towards cart full crowd awakener..and cart full twist,and shurikens but for now drilling btwist and raiz..also drilling pop 540..540 spin getting better...but tricking is painful for joints💪🙃

@@Limbaugh_ actually i had tendonitis for 7-8 months before and still my ankle sore all the time ...i do strengthening exercises but after a session ..my ankle hurts after that day....can u suggest me some good conditioning workout for them..
