This here is a live wallpaper, it doens't has to necessarily have all animated elements, it can be static and have just few animated elements, that's what makes it a live wallpaper, however I like your idea but then if that idea comes true then this video wouldn't be called a wallpaper even ppl proclaim it as a wallpaper it would be more of a scenery rendering animation, or basically a different video and wouldn't be in the true category of a live wallpaper
