I remember using his rifle exclusively once I unlocked it. It was such a beast. It had a slow fire rate, but was a Damn near laser beam and had decent damage. Definitely favorite gun in game and in the real world.
A somewhat challenging load out for me and my friend, although we play on console... M98B- Acog (Or the Russian 3.4x sight), straight pull bolt and laser sight MP412 Rex Crossbow It's an extremely high damage setup, but hard to use because of the nature of the weapons reloading and such. I've always wanted to see someone on PC play with this, as I'd imagine it would be easier. I tried to use the iron sights on the M98B, but the acog seemed to be better for all ranges except extreme.
The lower bullet velocity is especially interesting considering it's bullpup design. Unlike our AR platform rifles (U.S), they fit a barrel in excess of 20 inches; more than enough to be comparable in velocity to even the LSAT (and even then, it beats the LSAT.)
spetsnaz soldier: AK74M foregrip kobra sight heavy barrel sidearm: MP443 tac. specialization; sprint (because of the brutal fitness training) or cover (because they're hard as nails and are crazy) Basically the loadout isn't great, but the idea is that skill compensates for ak74m's shortfalls, hope you like the idea.
a compensated (or more accurately, a ported) gun. There are little slots machined into the top of the barrel and slide near the muzzle, and when it is fired, hot powder gasses from behind the bullet jet out of these slots, acting like mini rocket motors, helping to keep the barrel/slide from flipping upward when the gun is fired. The effect isn't large, but it is tangible, and it does help keep the slide down nearer the target for faster repeat shots.
I love this video! L85A2 is my favorite AR, Mostly use the Kobra with mine, sometimes the ACOG, and I do love the hip fire accuracy of the weapon. Thanks LVL!!
...because of how its overshadowed by said assault rifles and more. What I like about this weapon is how it limits you to be more strategic than just going in and risk getting killed by a long range or medium range weapon. Hope you use this loadout next episode! Quick Change: If you have the Crossbow (XBOW) unlocked, use that weapon in your equipment slot instead of the Radio Beacon or MAV (I'm not sure which equipment slot the weapon is in).
ACOG is great for the recon class, being about 100m off the front line and taking shots, moving on, taking shots, moving on, probably my favourite way to play BF3.
I use with holographic, foregrip, and flash hider, and once you figure out the recoil, you can easily empty the clip without pausing, just tapping your shots out. Favorite gun by far.
Machine gunner loadout: M240 Bipod extended mag/ flash supressor Acog or canadian 3.4 x scope. This is so you can utlize this weapon for medium to LONG range distances as it is in real world engagements like in the Marine Corps. You can single handedly cover points of advance and pretty much be a one man army in a choke point.
Cheers for the info, I was surprised as hell when he said we were switching out for the Trijicon x4 ACOG. That said he may be telling the truth and we may just be training with the SUSAT as its still more readily available. I'm not really in a position to comment as I have not been in the military for a few years now. That said I'm proud to have talked to one of the next gen of troops, I hope you stick with it, it's challenging but once your in it's so worthwhile, or it was for me anyway.

A lot of people will disagree, but the L85A2 is one of my favourite assault class weapons. I use it on maps like Firestorm and Caspian, where you can get some long range fire fights
ACW-R 6x scope Heavy Barrel Bipod standard RPG/SMAW, cover perk (helps if you get suppressed when scoped in), and AT mines. It is like having an automatic sniper rifle. I usually run this kit on Karg and Firestorm conquest where you get long open lines of sight.
Shotgun time: assault/support 870mcs -red dot -extendend mags -slugs 93r perk and equip of your choice the 870mcs is just a beast with slugs! i love this setup because the slugs make this weapon a little bit like a pdw combined with the strenghts of a shotgun.
My person secret setup on Close Quarters: - PDW-R with IRNV, Extended Mag, Tac. Light - G18 (Hardcore: G18 SUPP.) - Medikit and Defibs. - Any Perk (I recommend Squad Ammo.) I'm one of those people who feel the PDW-R is severly underrated. It does well for me from close to 'a tad bit more than' mid-range combat. It's highly effective when firing down those longer corridors you find in Close Quarters.
James Bond Setup! No Primary M1911 Supp or Regular Recon Class Squad Sprint The fun thing about this class is that you have to play tactically and sneak around, hence why it is called the James Bond class. Playing this on Canals was frustrating, but really fun when you get that sneaky kill with the suppressor. Not really a PTFO class, but it's really fun if you want to be a ninja or just have a reason not to rush in. Remember, an agent always finishes his targets.
The Rushian: Play on rush (obviously) and as the Recon class. AS VAL w. Kobra + Ext. Mags MP443 supp. Spawn Beacon + T-UGS SQD. SPRNT. Rush the M-COM, plant the T-UGS, arm the M-COM, set up a tent and camp out for a bit. The high rps and integrated suppressor makes the AS VAL a near perfect weapon for a sneaky Rushian like you.
Canadian Forces setup: M16A4 ECLAN SCOPE (3.5) Forgrip Laser M9 Medic kit I never see canadain guns in video games so this is intended to recreate a C7A2 rifle used by the CF, I've had fun with this setup especially in hardcore games on large maps or long sight-lines including the streets in the aftermath maps (it's still good for softcore games).
@levelcap One interesting stat is that the l85 while moving has one of the lowest spreads (0.7; m16a4 (0.5) is lower and f200 is equal) while still maintaining the "standing" spread. This has some obvious benefits for strafing at some closer (but not point-blank) ranges.
the L85A2 used the SUSAT but then was temperately replaced with the acog in 2011. the L85A2 is now being used with the ELCAN SPECTER sight. the closest to that is the M45 sight which is made by the same people.
Class: Recon Primary: PP-19 Optic: Kobra Primary: Suppressor Secondary: Laser Sight or Tactical Light Sidearm: G17C Suppressor Equipment: Radio Beacon and MAV Specialization: Suppression I don't usually see the PP-19 used in game. I know you've probably used this PDW in (a) previous loadout video(s), but I want to see how you view this gun. It has a niche role, but most players tend to go with "overkill" weapons like the AEK-971 and the F2000 and not have the patience to figure out it's role...
G53 W reflex sight & heavy barrel. The g53 got a buff in the aftermath patch and it is now my favourite engineer weapon, it is a jack of the trades weapon good in every situation
Hi, LevelCap! QBZ-95B with reflex or(if you do not have it) Kobra sight, laser sight, and suppressor(it is the only carbine that can mount both) G18 SUP Any of the new Close Quarters maps or Operation Métro RPG-7V2 EOD bot Squad Ammo It is a very interesting combination! Use the EOD as a spy and the RPG for the long corridors. Have fun with it and have a great summer!
PKP - Kobra - Foregrip - Laser sight 93R This has been my main setup for a while now. I use the foregrip to force a more aggressive play style and the laser sight to enhance the PKP's already steady hip fire. I remember you talked about how the Support class has no comparable gun when up against the M16A3, but I find the PKP to be a solid LMG. While the M16 definitely still has the edge over the PKP, it has saved my life in many a gunfight and I want to hear your thoughts on it.
M240B -Kobra -Extended Mags -Foregrip MP412 Rex C4 Squad Explosives I know that you have used the M240B in a previous episode of Loadout, but it catered to a slower paced game. This loadout is all about maximum firepower, allowing you to rush and still be effective. This is probably the best LMG to use in a Run-and-Gun playstyle.
Spec ops M416 (m145, flash supp, underslungrail) M1911 tac. Deftor M320 Sqd sprint Spec ops camo Ive seen this loadout in many battlefield footage (real), i used it and got so in love with it. Initally it would be h barral instead of flash supp. but since the 3.4 scope will make you burst fire at certain ranges, the flash supp is perfect for those burst kickbacks. Hope you like it.
The Ultimate Ninja Setup (TUNS): AS VAL - US Holo sight, extended mag. G18 Supp. Ammo box XBOW It' a really fun setup on basically any map and gametype. You're able to engage your enemy from up close to long range without showing on the minimap. Sacrificing your C4 may seems a bad decision but with the crossbow you can still deal with light armored vehicles and it helps you out at extreme long ranges. I'd really love to see how well you can do with this particular loadout. :)
if we want to get technical, the version that the ADF use is a variation of the A1 model which is the STG77, but the designation for the AUG is the F88 (my mistake for calling it an STG) and the variant in-game is the A3 model
Ninja Machine Gun Style...sorta. PKP, suppressor, fore grip, and IRNV. Any secondary revolver, does not have to be silenced (recommending the 44 scoped if using for longer ranges or mp412 rex for closer encounters). Specialization: squad suppression or sprint
Scar-L Laser Sight Reflex Sight-(More pin-point accuracy) Underslug attatchment rail M320 LVG Medic Kit Defibrillators Squad Suppression This is a setup that I believe help bring out the long range gunfight abilities of the Scar-L as well as it's close quarters and squad supportive abilities.
Professional Russian: AK-74M underslung grenade laucher Flash Suppresor iron sights or kobra Mp443 tactical light I started using this kit because I like the way the AK looks but then realized that it was quite controllable and godd for mid and long range engagements. I think the 74M is highly underrated and although it might never compete with the m16 its still alot of fun for pubbers like me.
SAS Loadout: G53 Reflex sight Suppressor No foregrip I love the look of this gun, and it is very fun to use on urban maps or in close quarter engagements. You gotta try it out!
Lvlcap, the recent patch has buffed the Famas. It used to be a horrid weapon, but after playing with it on some of the aftermath maps, I like it now. I can use it to some success now that it doesn't bounce all over the screen. Famas Kobra Foregrip Heavy Barrel 44. Mag Medic Kit Defib Sqd. Cover. Good luck
Yes I do. We use the AK5C/D assault rifle, KSP58B light machine gun, Förstärkningsvapen 870 pump shotgun, Automatgevär 90C sniperrifle and the Pistol 88 sidearm!
Little known top tip: All Assault Rifles and all Carbines are actually better with grip + heavy barrel than just with heavy barrel. Check out the thread "Foregrip and heavy barrel: Best friends forever" on Symthic. Pay attention to the Excel charts and you'll see that out of all the ARs, the L85 benefits most (10%) from the grip.
ACW-R Holographic(US) Foregrip Heavy Barrel This thing is a beast at medium-long range but can also hold it's own up close. The best weapon in the engineer class for me
Use a GSG-9 load out! G3A3 - Reflex or Holo - Suppresser or Heavy barrel M9 or M1911 or Mp443 Grach M320 smoke defib Make sure you do close quarters maps or Aftermath so you get the city swat/GSG-9 feel.
Good Luck Kit - Type 88 Bipod. No other attachments MP443 Claymores Ammo Pack Squad Sprint I don't suggest trying to camp with this, because you just get exploited on your blind. I think you could try medium range firefights on your own, but the best way I found was just to keep with a buddy. Good luck my friend.
Love this gun...mainly because it reminds me of all my times on stalker, I think it is such a cool looking gun, although I really wish it had a SUSAT scope, way easier to use in my opinion in most other games, I imagine in real life it's harder because it doesn't have a range finder (no idea what those dashes in the scope are actually called)
The PK-A(3.4x) russian sight is probably the best sight for the L85A2 in BF3. The British Army doesn't use the ACOG, they use the SUSAT sight, and the PK-A 3.4x is the most identic(comparing to SUSAT) sight in BF3. The PK-A allows you to shoot to close/medium ranges. Just a tip for all of you. Thanks.
Marine Setup Medic: M16A4 + ACOG + M203 + Heavy Barrel M9 Spec: SQD Frag for more Grenades. I don't usually use this load out but when I do, I end up at the top of the leader board, Good luck.
Actually the British Army is gradually replacing the SUSAT with the ACOG because SUSATs use radioactive elements in their sights which require a lot of effort to clean up if they break. I think also that the MOD have recently ordered a large amount of ELCAN SpecterDR sights to be used with the L85, but i'm not sure which branch of the British military they're intended for
The lever on the side that he pulls is to put the bullet in the chamber: In non-bolt action rifles it's automatic, but I suppose you'd want to have a bullet in the chamber from the start.
US Army Marksman Loadout: M39 EMR 8x Scope Bipod M9 Try this on Firestorm or another Long Range Desert map. M39 is highly under-rated. I think youd like it as a semi-auto sniper. Also try Hardcore. You'll have more damage per bullet.
Close quarter fighter: 870MCS A-COG Extended Mag Slug Rounds Sidearm: 44. Magnum Gadget: C4 ( so you can take out enemies around corners ) Specialization: Explosives ( so you can get more people around corners ) I know this Class isn't great for maps like Caspian Border but when it come's to close quarter maps like Operation Metro you can bet this Class will save you're ass alot plus I know the A-COG isn't good but it is pretty handy for those medium-long range shots.
Belgian Style P90 G18 Flash supp Medic Spec : Sqd Sprint I have the feeling that this gun loadout is very underrated. It's mostly just used by people that try to unlock the sniper classes this way. This gun has a big advantage since it has the bigger amount of bullets. Show people that this gun is indeed very usefull at specific ranges.
Infiltrator loadout ----------------------- -M416 foregrip,IRNV, suppresor -M1911 suppressed -M320 smoke -sprint perk Avoid enemy contact and focus on capturing enemy bases from the back.most useful in conquest and bigger maps
Norway: M416 (yes i know you have used it ALLOT) PKA 3.4 (single dot) Foregrip Scilencer/Heawy barrel or flash (youre chiose) G17 w/laser Medpac Defib. I love using this settup if i'm going sneaky realistic style :p try it out! it will give you a better target accusation on those long-medium ranges aswell as
GSG9 German Counter-terrorism Unit: SG553 (SG 550 series) - RDS/Kobra - grip - sound suppressor Glock 17C (Sup.) or MP412 Revolver Landmines and Javelin (not realistic but closest for engineer class) Squad Suppression OR Squad Cover I've always been a fan of the SG553 and I rarely see it in games. Just thought it would be cool playing with a similar setup that the GSG9 use in real life! For full effect, try it on Metro, Seine, or any other medium-range urban environment.
m27 - kobra - foregrip - heavy barrel/silencer sqd suppression the power of assault class, without the worry of running out of ammunition, large magazines and c4 is able to take out large groups of enemies and clear buildings.
lvl, you need to try this one out!! it is a really fun loadout, and it great to combine the smoke with the irnv scope! specially since no one use the smoke, and irnv! please try this! Ninja setup: assault: MP7, suppresser, laser and IRNV. g17 supp m320 Smoke Sprint Spec ops cammo. Play rush as attack! flank as much as you can, dont be to aggresive!
I'd love to see a completely stealth based loadout, me and a friend tried this and failed miserably but I'd like to see if you can make it work. M417 - Suppressor - any scope (preferably mid range) Any silenced pistol X-bow We were really trying to go for the whole tactical espionage thing, and putting in a lot of effort, but were getting frustrated because it seemed like everyone who was just running and gunning easily outmatched us. Show us how it's done :)
im from the ps3 and before the aftermath patch i didnt enjoy using the L85 because of its recoil. decided to try it out, and i immediately noticed it was much easier to control and stay on target for longer bursts. i think you pc players may like this recoil reduction!
assassin style AS VAL Kobra, Extended mags (use recon) Mp443 Suppressed XBOW (reg) Spawn Bacon Cover The new premium assignments include an mp443 supp kill count and a as val kill count, and i figure you could kill 2 birds with one stone by doing both of them at the same time, i'd reccomend rush attacker to take full advantage of 2 suppressors (so you don't get stuck at long range) Make use of the scan bolt in place of a MAV so you can still find enemies
SCAR-L+Underslung Rail+Heavy Barrel+ sight of your choice (so Kobra) -REX -M320 Buck -Pick a squad perk I have yet to see you do a video of the 40mm Shotgun. It works so well with the Scar...primary for medium/longer range kills, the switch to the 320 as a finisher or for important cornering kills. It's ridiculous sometimes how much range you can get with the shotgun. I know it's not the best loadout, but fuck...tell me it's not a blast to play with.
Word of advice to people looking to use this video as a reference for any current class selection; This vid is out of date since there has been may updates since it was posted. It would be advisable not to use a forgrip and heavy barrel combination as the forgrip reduces ranged accuracy and therefor neutralises the increase in accuracy gained from the heavy barrel. Low RPM guns such as the AUG A3 and the L85A2 have such manageable recoil in the first place that the forgrip is not necessary.
Class: Assault Primary: Scar-L with Heavy Barrel, Underslung Rail and Holographic Sights. Secondary: Not that important. I prefer a side arm that has a tactical light. Gadget 1: Mass with Buckshot Rounds Gadget 2: Defibrillator... obviously. :P Squad Perk: Depends on the match and what is needed. Tactical Briefing: Use the Scar for long to medium range. When things get close whip out the Mass and start pumping rounds into them. I use this class on the run and it works well.
Future Soldier: ACW-R ACOG, underslung launcher, Suppressor or laser sight G17C Supp Javelin Repair Tool Any perk of your choosing. I have great luck with this loadout on long Conquest games. Good luck!
mate, the reason he compares all assault rifles to the M16 is because that is one of his most used guns and it is also one of the very best, it is also the fastest reload so he is going to see how each of the guns stack up. Over 2 seconds is a pretty damn long time when you're in a fire fight, 1 extra second were you could be firing your gun at the enemy could save your life.
Rambo Style M60E4 Any sidearm (try not to use it) No sight Extended Mag Laser Attachment or Extended Magazine Squad Ammo or Suppression This is so much fun to use on a close-quarters map. The M60 sounds so powerful, and running around hip-firing with the laser or extended mag is incredibly fun. Try to hip-fire as much as possible for maximum enjoyment.
Army Ranger setup -SCAR-L w/ US Holo, Foregrip or Bipod, and any barrel attachment. -M9 Tactical -Squad Cover If you are on the U.S team put on Ranger Camo too! =D. With this setup you will be nearly identical to an Army Ranger.
Actually the SUSAT has been phased out in favor of the ACOG by several units and both are to be replaced by one of the Elcan Specter optics in the future.
you mean L85A2 the SA80 was the prototype of the L85A1. But the gun had some serious problems so it was sent to Heckler and Kock in 2001 i believe where it recieved some internal modifications and a new cocking handle. To make it the L85A2 same thing with the L86A2. Britian doesnt really use the L86 anymore though its been replaced by the FN Minimi. The L85 will prolly get phased out as well.
M27 IAR Kobra, foregrip, suppresor M9. Supp XBOW Hi level i really like your videos. I really like this class because the M27 is just an AR. This class is great for getting behind enemy lines undetected. The XBOW almost makes no sound when you shoot it. Be sure to use the right camo for your map. (sorry for my bad english)
The training was 1 year and 3 months. I spend 4 months in Afghanistan. Yes, I am Brazilian. The French and British army were recruiting people from underdeveloped countries(3º world countries),like Brazil, because people from their own country didn't want to join the army, because it is to risky and they don't want that. So, I got a "invite" from British and French army, I choosed British. That's how I ended up there. Don't belive if you don't want to. Anyways, thanks.
The british army mostly use the Sue-Sat sight on the L85A2, not a great sight, as i find it hard to line up, but they are going to make the transition to Acog, because the su sat costs more then the actual gun, where as the acog does not :)
Scar-H 6x scope or holo sight bipod heavy barrel or supressor Gun does well both in long range and close quarters when you pick yout attachments right which took me for a while to get done.
Norwegian style G3A3 (AG3) ACOQ Foregrip Heavy Barrel M9 Medpac and defib Squad spec flaq The G3A3 is a great gun with high damage and great accuracy. It is also the service weapon of the Norwegian Army, though the use the non-frezing verison AG3. Try using this on a snowy map to get the full "Norwegian feel"
I wish they put the SUSAT scope in this game
I'm not french bro, I'm just suggesting him an underused and underrated load out

I never see canadain guns in video games so this is intended to recreate a C7A2 rifle used by the CF, I've had fun with this setup especially in hardcore games on large maps or long sight-lines including the streets in the aftermath maps (it's still good for softcore games).
F2000 with: Red dot sight, Flash supp and Foregrip.
This setup was just awesome ,worked on me very well.
Class: Recon
Primary: PP-19 Optic: Kobra Primary: Suppressor Secondary: Laser Sight or Tactical Light
Sidearm: G17C Suppressor
Equipment: Radio Beacon and MAV
Specialization: Suppression
I don't usually see the PP-19 used in game.
QBZ-95B with reflex or(if you do not have it) Kobra sight, laser sight,
and suppressor(it is the only carbine that can mount both)
G18 SUP
Any of the new Close Quarters maps or Operation Métro
RPG-7V2
EOD bot
Squad Ammo
It is a very interesting combination! Use the EOD as a spy and the RPG for the long corridors. Have fun with it and have a great summer!
PKP - Kobra - Foregrip - Laser sight
93R
This has been my main setup for a while now.
M240B
-Kobra
-Extended Mags
-Foregrip
MP412 Rex
C4
Squad Explosives
I know that you have used the M240B in a previous episode of Loadout, but it catered to a slower paced game. This loadout is all about maximum firepower, allowing you to rush and still be effective. This is probably the best LMG to use in a Run-and-Gun playstyle.
The British use a SUSAT sight for the L85A2 but I guess the ACOG recreates this equally :)
Spec ops
M416 (m145, flash supp, underslungrail)
M1911 tac.
Deftor
M320
Sqd sprint
Spec ops camo
Ive seen this loadout in many battlefield footage (real), i used it and got so in love with it. Initally it would be h barral instead of flash supp. but since the 3.4 scope will make you burst fire at certain ranges, the flash supp is perfect for those burst kickbacks. Hope you like it.
The Ultimate Ninja Setup (TUNS):
AS VAL - US Holo sight, extended mag.
G18 Supp.
Ammo box
XBOW
It' a really fun setup on basically any map and gametype.
Scar-L
Laser Sight
Reflex Sight-(More pin-point accuracy)
Underslug attatchment rail
M320 LVG
Medic Kit
Defibrillators
Squad Suppression
This is a setup that I believe help bring out the long range gunfight abilities of the Scar-L as well as it's close quarters and squad supportive abilities.
And for others information the ACOG scope is being brought into the regular army for the SA-80
Professional Russian:
AK-74M
underslung grenade laucher
Flash Suppresor
iron sights or kobra
Mp443 tactical light
I started using this kit because I like the way the AK looks but then realized that it was quite controllable and godd for mid and long range engagements. I think the 74M is highly underrated and although it might never compete with the m16 its still alot of fun for pubbers like me.
SAS Loadout:
G53
Reflex sight
Suppressor
No foregrip
I love the look of this gun, and it is very fun to use on urban maps or in close quarter engagements. You gotta try it out!
Lvlcap, the recent patch has buffed the Famas. It used to be a horrid weapon, but after playing with it on some of the aftermath maps, I like it now. I can use it to some success now that it doesn't bounce all over the screen.
Famas
Kobra
Foregrip
Heavy Barrel
44. Mag
Medic Kit
Defib
Sqd. Cover.
Good luck
Yes I do. We use the AK5C/D assault rifle, KSP58B light machine gun, Förstärkningsvapen 870 pump shotgun, Automatgevär 90C sniperrifle and the Pistol 88 sidearm!
Your content was always good man. You are too OP LevelCap lol
ACW-R
Holographic(US)
Foregrip
Heavy Barrel
This thing is a beast at medium-long range but can also hold it's own up close. The best weapon in the engineer class for me
Use a GSG-9 load out!
G3A3 - Reflex or Holo - Suppresser or Heavy barrel
M9 or M1911 or Mp443 Grach
M320 smoke
defib
Make sure you do close quarters maps or Aftermath so you get the city swat/GSG-9 feel.
Good Luck Kit -
Type 88
Bipod. No other attachments
MP443
Claymores
Ammo Pack
Squad Sprint
I don't suggest trying to camp with this, because you just get exploited on your blind.
Thanks.
I love the way it looks with the irons, so badass :D
Marine Setup
Medic:
M16A4 + ACOG + M203 + Heavy Barrel
M9
Spec: SQD Frag for more Grenades.
US Army Marksman Loadout:
M39 EMR
8x Scope
Bipod
M9
Try this on Firestorm or another Long Range Desert map. M39 is highly under-rated. I think youd like it as a semi-auto sniper. Also try Hardcore. You'll have more damage per bullet.
Close quarter fighter:
870MCS
A-COG
Extended Mag
Slug Rounds
Sidearm: 44. Magnum
Gadget: C4 ( so you can take out enemies around corners )
Specialization: Explosives ( so you can get more people around corners )
I know this Class isn't great for maps like Caspian Border but when it come's to close quarter maps like Operation Metro you can bet this Class will save you're ass alot plus I know the A-COG isn't good but it is pretty handy for those medium-long range shots.
games tend to replace the ACOG with the SUSAT for the L85. and they often replace the ACOG with the built in sight on the Styer UAG A3.
Belgian Style
P90
G18
Flash supp
Medic
Spec : Sqd Sprint
I have the feeling that this gun loadout is very underrated. It's mostly just used by people that try to unlock the sniper classes this way. This gun has a big advantage since it has the bigger amount of bullets. Show people that this gun is indeed very usefull at specific ranges.
Infiltrator loadout
-----------------------
-M416 foregrip,IRNV, suppresor
-M1911 suppressed
-M320 smoke
-sprint perk
Avoid enemy contact and focus on capturing enemy bases from the back.most useful in conquest and bigger maps
Norway:
M416 (yes i know you have used it ALLOT)
PKA 3.4 (single dot)
Foregrip
Scilencer/Heawy barrel or flash (youre chiose)
G17 w/laser
Medpac
Defib.
I love using this settup if i'm going sneaky realistic style :p try it out! it will give you a better target accusation on those long-medium ranges aswell as
GSG9 German Counter-terrorism Unit:
SG553 (SG 550 series)
- RDS/Kobra
- grip
- sound suppressor
Glock 17C (Sup.) or MP412 Revolver
Landmines and Javelin (not realistic but closest for engineer class)
Squad Suppression OR Squad Cover
I've always been a fan of the SG553 and I rarely see it in games. Just thought it would be cool playing with a similar setup that the GSG9 use in real life! For full effect, try it on Metro, Seine, or any other medium-range urban environment.
m27
- kobra
- foregrip
- heavy barrel/silencer
sqd suppression
the power of assault class, without the worry of running out of ammunition, large magazines and c4 is able to take out large groups of enemies and clear buildings.
No we normally use a newer model of the Browning Pistol so i hope this cleared up the fog in your somewhat shrouded mind.
lvl, you need to try this one out!! it is a really fun loadout, and it great to combine the smoke with the irnv scope! specially since no one use the smoke, and irnv! please try this!
Ninja setup: assault:
MP7, suppresser, laser and IRNV.
g17 supp
m320 Smoke
Sprint
Spec ops cammo.
Play rush as attack! flank as much as you can, dont be to aggresive!
Pp-2000 Kobra rds, extended mag, laser sight with the mp412rex. Also use squad cover for the perk. It shoots slow but is very controllable
I'd love to see a completely stealth based loadout, me and a friend tried this and failed miserably but I'd like to see if you can make it work.
M417 - Suppressor - any scope (preferably mid range)
Any silenced pistol
X-bow
We were really trying to go for the whole tactical espionage thing, and putting in a lot of effort, but were getting frustrated because it seemed like everyone who was just running and gunning easily outmatched us.
Show us how it's done :)
im from the ps3 and before the aftermath patch i didnt enjoy using the L85 because of its recoil. decided to try it out, and i immediately noticed it was much easier to control and stay on target for longer bursts. i think you pc players may like this recoil reduction!
assassin style
AS VAL Kobra, Extended mags (use recon)
Mp443 Suppressed
XBOW (reg)
Spawn Bacon
Cover
The new premium assignments include an mp443 supp kill count and a as val kill count, and i figure you could kill 2 birds with one stone by doing both of them at the same time, i'd reccomend rush attacker to take full advantage of 2 suppressors (so you don't get stuck at long range) Make use of the scan bolt in place of a MAV so you can still find enemies
SCAR-L+Underslung Rail+Heavy Barrel+ sight of your choice (so Kobra)
-REX
-M320 Buck
-Pick a squad perk
I have yet to see you do a video of the 40mm Shotgun.
Class: Assault
Primary: Scar-L with Heavy Barrel, Underslung Rail and Holographic Sights.
Secondary: Not that important. I prefer a side arm that has a tactical light.
Gadget 1: Mass with Buckshot Rounds
Gadget 2: Defibrillator... obviously. :P
Squad Perk: Depends on the match and what is needed.
Tactical Briefing: Use the Scar for long to medium range. When things get close whip out the Mass and start pumping rounds into them. I use this class on the run and it works well.
Future Soldier:
ACW-R
ACOG, underslung launcher, Suppressor or laser sight
G17C Supp
Javelin
Repair Tool
Any perk of your choosing. I have great luck with this loadout on long Conquest games. Good luck!
this weapon is a great piece of kit having used the real one I loved it and still do.
mate, the reason he compares all assault rifles to the M16 is because that is one of his most used guns and it is also one of the very best, it is also the fastest reload so he is going to see how each of the guns stack up. Over 2 seconds is a pretty damn long time when you're in a fire fight, 1 extra second were you could be firing your gun at the enemy could save your life.
I agree - I still have hopes that they will re-introduce it with one of the DLCs.
They've started using ACOG instead of the SUSAT because the ACOG is 1.5x - 6x zoom, instead of the fixed 4x zoom on the SUSAT
Archer, crossbow scoped primary, MSG of your choice (silenced ) and pistol of your choice (also silenced) in the recon class and sprint perk
Rambo Style
M60E4
Any sidearm (try not to use it)
No sight
Extended Mag
Laser Attachment or Extended Magazine
Squad Ammo or Suppression
This is so much fun to use on a close-quarters map. The M60 sounds so powerful, and running around hip-firing with the laser or extended mag is incredibly fun. Try to hip-fire as much as possible for maximum enjoyment.
PP-2000 (Kobra / Laser / Ext Mag)
MP412 REX
Claymores
Squad Cover Perk
Use it on Support Class. A highly underrated PDW since recent patch.
Army Ranger setup
-SCAR-L w/ US Holo, Foregrip or Bipod, and any barrel attachment.
-M9 Tactical
-Squad Cover
If you are on the U.S team put on Ranger Camo too!
M27 IAR
Kobra, foregrip, suppresor
M9. Supp
XBOW
Hi level i really like your videos. I really like this class because the M27 is just an AR. This class is great for getting behind enemy lines undetected. The XBOW almost makes no sound when you shoot it. Be sure to use the right camo for your map. (sorry for my bad english)
AN-94 (Holo/Heavy Barrel/ Foregrip)
G-18
Squad Ammo
Awesome for medium-close range. Use in burst mode and remember to just spam the trigger!
Finally, a British gun, thanks lvlcap
Congrats on earning 150k subs! :D
The british army mostly use the Sue-Sat sight on the L85A2, not a great sight, as i find it hard to line up, but they are going to make the transition to Acog, because the su sat costs more then the actual gun, where as the acog does not :)
Scar-H
6x scope or holo sight
bipod
heavy barrel or supressor
Gun does well both in long range and close quarters when you pick yout attachments right which took me for a while to get done.
Norwegian style
G3A3 (AG3)
ACOQ
Foregrip
Heavy Barrel
M9
Medpac and defib
Squad spec flaq
The G3A3 is a great gun with high damage and great accuracy. It is also the service weapon of the Norwegian Army, though the use the non-frezing verison AG3. Try using this on a snowy map to get the full "Norwegian feel"
the most similar is actually the Russian 3.4x if you're going for the SUSAT or the L85 which was the Medic 2nd unlock in BF2 fixed scope!
Marine Loadout
M16A4
-ACOG
-Foregrip
-Flashlight (Doesn't need to be on)
M9 Tact.
Perks of your choice
Play rush on larger maps
Playing with this gun on xbox post patch with pka 3.4x, no foregrip. Its actually probably one of the best long range assault rifles now.
This is probably the best load out for me.
