- Thirumayilai metro station is a Metro railway station on the Orange Line of the Chennai Metro. The station is among the underground stations along corridor I of the Chennai Metro, Lighthouse-Poonamallee Bypass stretch. The station serves the neighbourhoods of Mylapore.
The station is a key interchange linking Corridor 3 and Corridor 4 of the Chennai Metro network and, at 115 ft below the ground, will be the deepest metro station in Chennai.
Launching in 2028 as the last station for corridor 3 and 4

Thank you for the positive feedback. Lighthouse metro will be 20m deep and will have just two platforms for orange line to Poonamallee. It is also a terminus.
@@mrmadras1Lighthouse Metro is Terminal station for Orange Line. Why only 2 platforms , I thought would be 4 platforms with some loop lines
