I keep a record of my workout reps, weights, and sets. While I may not be the strongest, my best month saw a total of 758,000 pounds lifted. I follow a Push Pull Leg Routine, with 40,000 pounds for push, 40,000 pounds for pull, and a combined 80,000 pounds for legs, doing 30 sets in each workout. I take a 1 minute and 30-second rest between reps and sets, and I use a smartwatch to track my progress.
You sick SOB!
I love it! 😂😂
These are some meathead mathematician stats here!
We track so much of our training and nutrition. If we added it all up, it would be some outrageous shit.
The amount of chicken or rice we have consumed in a period of time. lol
I found this workout to be intriguing and it got the juices flowin! 💪💪
@@SethFeroceOfficial Thanks Seth. I am meticulous about my health. I also keep a record of everything I eat and undergo two thorough blood tests annually. At home, I have a blood test kit that checks my Hemoglobin, Blood Glucose, Cholesterol, and Uric Acid levels. I believe the future trend will be guiding people in creating personalized health and training blue print, similar to what Brain Johnson is doing."
@@SethFeroceOfficial I've got a killer workout for you that gives both aerobic and anabolic benefits. Start with a 10-minute warm-up, then repeat this cycle 3 times: run at your maximum speed for 6 minutes, recover for 2 minutes, and finish with a 10-minute cool-down. It's an intense and effective workout that'll leave you feeling awesome! It's a 42 min workout.
I think you’re right about that
Are you really listening to wu tang while you workout!? That’s fukn awesome
Actually gza I think
2 am in New Zealand Sunday I'm off to get it your the man thanks for motivation 🙏
I wonder if lifting our johnsons to go to the bathroom over the course of our entire lifespan equals 20k pounds 🤔
If you're bo Lewis yes

Seth, You need to do a HERO workout in some Green Silkies.(military workout shorts) It would be fun to see the workout front and rear view as you do it. Or do a outdoor work out/rucking. They feel awesome
Great! I like the wristwatch. Kindly what's the brand? Thank you.
Radical x 3
Thanks to Seth who motivated me, now the whole gym looks at me with admiration and respect. I am just over 40 years old and now I motivate others! Thanx Seth!

Get jacked mfers
🤨Genuine ambassador for an active lifestyle
If you did the 225 weight... would you finish 4 mins or less?
U Keep it OG Seth u keep it hard bro! Respect 💪🏽🙏🏽 GOD bless
I don’t feel like such a slob Iv done 225 for 30 lol
Still going hard on the marketing campaign I see
This is a music question, what was your playlist?
Too easy - should have done 185 or 225 😂😂
do it again with 225# and see if it is faster or slower
The workout tracker that I use gives you the total weight moved after each workout. I love being able to compare it workout to workout/week to week. It's wild how much weight you can move, even on a "light" day. Great job dude. I would have puked LOL.
Which tracker is that?
Seth try the crossfit workout called acid bath. 500 meters skierg, 1000 meter rower, 500 meter fan bike.
I wouldn’t wish this on my worst enemy 🤢
lets gooo 20 reps x 20lb is wat
Looks like good workout
Not a volume guy but for my 40th birthday I benched 135lbs 400 times. Didn’t time it but took a bit
I love watching 10k calorie food videos, but probably my favorite psychotic challenge was Foaud and his 20k where at the end he just laid on his side and was borderline gasping for air. Crazy mofo! 😂
I’m new to watching you and to be honest you are one helluva motivation. Have you ever tried cold immersion to help with the muscles after a workout. Would love to hear your thoughts :-)
Here's a question that will make older gym rats get out their calculators. In your lifetime, is the total amount of weight you have lifted equivalent to or greater than that of the new World Trade Center building ?" Obviously, guesswork will be required.
What's the name of the first song playing? Awesome job busting that out!
This is sicccckkk!
Did the Douglas Miller today I thought it was going to be an easy one but ended up being awful in a good way. I have been trying to do 2-3 a week with you definitely can’t do one a day but I’m loving it!
I thought everyone that tracks workout, at least on an app looks at there total daily volume. I know I do.
Good job 😊
Funny! 😅
lol dude you’re crazy but that’s cool and gives me some drive to see if I can do this
I thought you might yak at the end. Killer stuff dude. Keep up the mayhem
Did not pick you for a boom bap hip hop guy! Love it
I hope you counted that snatch to rack the bar on your back lol
That looks like a ball smoker
Glad your feeling better
Yes h.i.t training 💪🤙🎊
Love your videos brother
MONSTER!!! 🎉🎉🎉 HELL YEAH!
fuck yes
Good shit
Seth having a full blown mid life crisis and disguising it as “hero workouts”
I'll be honest, I find seeing you put yourself through these hero workouts significantly more motivating than any transformation challenge ever could be, not least after yesterday's video. Powerful reminder that disciplining yourself to do something uncomfortable can lead to amazing things and, especially for us recreational lifters, loving the journey is priceless, grounding and uplifting at the same time.
Hope everyone's got a great day and thank you again Seth for this fantastic travel companion through the month of january.
My dawg genuinly happy. Let’s gooo
