    I keep a record of my workout reps, weights, and sets. While I may not be the strongest, my best month saw a total of 758,000 pounds lifted. I follow a Push Pull Leg Routine, with 40,000 pounds for push, 40,000 pounds for pull, and a combined 80,000 pounds for legs, doing 30 sets in each workout. I take a 1 minute and 30-second rest between reps and sets, and I use a smartwatch to track my progress.

      You sick SOB!
      I love it! 😂😂
      These are some meathead mathematician stats here!
      We track so much of our training and nutrition. If we added it all up, it would be some outrageous shit.
      The amount of chicken or rice we have consumed in a period of time. lol
      I found this workout to be intriguing and it got the juices flowin! 💪💪

      @@SethFeroceOfficial Thanks Seth. I am meticulous about my health. I also keep a record of everything I eat and undergo two thorough blood tests annually. At home, I have a blood test kit that checks my Hemoglobin, Blood Glucose, Cholesterol, and Uric Acid levels. I believe the future trend will be guiding people in creating personalized health and training blue print, similar to what Brain Johnson is doing."

      @@SethFeroceOfficial I've got a killer workout for you that gives both aerobic and anabolic benefits. Start with a 10-minute warm-up, then repeat this cycle 3 times: run at your maximum speed for 6 minutes, recover for 2 minutes, and finish with a 10-minute cool-down. It's an intense and effective workout that'll leave you feeling awesome! It's a 42 min workout.

    Seth, You need to do a HERO workout in some Green Silkies.(military workout shorts) It would be fun to see the workout front and rear view as you do it. Or do a outdoor work out/rucking. They feel awesome

    The workout tracker that I use gives you the total weight moved after each workout. I love being able to compare it workout to workout/week to week. It's wild how much weight you can move, even on a "light" day. Great job dude. I would have puked LOL.

    I love watching 10k calorie food videos, but probably my favorite psychotic challenge was Foaud and his 20k where at the end he just laid on his side and was borderline gasping for air. Crazy mofo! 😂

    Here's a question that will make older gym rats get out their calculators. In your lifetime, is the total amount of weight you have lifted equivalent to or greater than that of the new World Trade Center building ?" Obviously, guesswork will be required.

  • @xxAoPxx
    @xxAoPxx 8 месяцев назад

    I'll be honest, I find seeing you put yourself through these hero workouts significantly more motivating than any transformation challenge ever could be, not least after yesterday's video. Powerful reminder that disciplining yourself to do something uncomfortable can lead to amazing things and, especially for us recreational lifters, loving the journey is priceless, grounding and uplifting at the same time.
    Hope everyone's got a great day and thank you again Seth for this fantastic travel companion through the month of january.
