It sometimes takes something to happen in your life that makes you re-think what you really have. Things in the past that you may have taken for granted. Don't waste time feeling sorry for yourself, it's a waste of energy. Focus on what you do have and be grateful. One of the most important things you have in your life is people, and the time you spend with them. This lady is so inspirational and humble.

This is a woman to look up to and to be remembered.
What a beauty of a soul!
She is my idol. She is a role model. She is like a teddy bear that I want to hug forever. She is like the good of this horrible generation of beer and twerking and making other people happy before yourself. She is what we should aim to be: a kind person who wants to help people and loves life for what it is.
Maybe some people feel happy when they drink beer with friends and twerk, who are you to say they are feeling happiness wrong? :)
Not everything about this generation is “horrible”, in fact, most of it isn’t! You’re in this generation, aren’t you? And so are dogs and babies, Netflix, amazing book series, more coffee shops than we’ve ever had before, and scientists who work to invent better technology to keep people happier and healthier longer.
This afternoon noon as I rode the bus back home I saw a homeless man with a cardboard sign that read "Smile". The sign was decorated with a rainbow, peace sign and a smiley face. It made me think of my day. I realized that I should smile more often, no matter what happens. As long as I smile my day will be wonderful. This lovely lady's story just made it more clear.

Her faith inspires me. I love GOD so much, it make's my day to see people filled with love, and joy.
I've realised old, relaxed people are the happiest because they have no stress and they just lay back in a rocking chair and talk about stuff. They bring back aspects of their childhood such as Cartoons (as she said) and just know their in good hands. Sloths and Pandas seem happy to me because they're slow and calm and they have a warm heart with no stress. Humans have to constantly be stressed going to work, studying and rush everything. Then we forget to be happy.
"Love ye one another", seems to really be the solution for happiness.

This woman is so wonderful, I'm truly inspired, hearing her talk fills me with a very pure and motivated feeling. Also when she said she watches cartoons I was so happy that I threw my head back and smiled so hard my eyes closed. I'm an adult who loves cartoons and many adults that I find who also like cartoons are elders and I feel like they know the secret of how much happiness and laughter something as simple as enjoying cartoons can bring into your life.

That woman is my hero.
When I read this beautiful woman's face and voice and energy, she seems more 'peaceful' or 'content' than 'happy'. Watching all these vids, I'm inclined to think that the Soul Pancake 'happiness' test actually measures gratitude, or maybe contentedness/satisfaction, rather than happiness. Happiness, to me, is an outward/upward beaming kinda thing, it radiates and permeates. What I see here is more serene.
Semantics perhaps, but since this claims to be science, precision seems appropriate.

Don't wait for him to make that video. There are lots of other great videos out there to show them now, like the "It Gets Better" campaign, but my favorite anti-suicide message of all is an Oingo Boingo song called "Out of Control". Definitely look up that on RUclips, listen to it, have your friends listen to it. It's really powerful, comforting and inspiring.
What a beautiful soul this takes me back to the movie " The Pursuit of Happiness" 😆. This was just a reminder for me just to give thanks to the Creator for being able to breathe in. WOW when she speaks it just so peaceful and cute yet powerful. Nice video.

Oh I love her so much! I'm 18 and I have never stopped watching cartoons. Some of my friends would make fun of me for watching Disney, Nickelodeon, and Cartoon Network, especially because I was still in high school, but they would always ask me how I can be so happy and cheerful at 7am. They swore I took drugs, haha! Nope, I just chose to live the life Mama Hill just described.
