Usually the ones from banks directly are not so lucrative. They are a bit different in my opinion

When I find a good car in a good price, the advertisement last for a few hours only. For that time I can't even book a plane ticket.
How do you suggest I could make an agreement with dealer, so he could wait for my arrival? What about the Kaufentrag?
Friend this is a very difficult thing. Yes better make an agreement with dealer verbally. The kaufantrag is possible only with the car details so unless the dealer has the car which you like it is not possible. Always keep in touch with the salesperson would be my advice.

And I listened that I can use it to drive car for first six months in germany.
So considering that can I purchase a car, have insurance and Register it to drive for 6 months on my international driving licence??

can a non-resident buy a car and register it in germany?
In order to register a car in Germany you will need a registered address so that would imply you have to be at least a temporary resident to be able to register the car
Is there any rule in Germany of how old the car can be ?
I think as long as the emission standards are being taken care of it’s fine with driving an old car. I have seen people just adding a new catalytic converter for thier old diesel cars. Old timers are also being driven, those without airbags. So yes possible in my opinion.

Why take a loan or pay full for a car leasing is a better option
Yes, leasing works well but in this case, we wanted to look for something that is good for the next 8 years. Also with financing, I am sure about the final pricing of the car. When you lease for a limited time and let's say you are satisfied and want to buy the car after the expiry of its lease, the remaining price of the car depends on the dealer. This remaining price, unfortunately, cannot be predicted and depends on how the car was used.
but why someone will hold on to a combustion engine car for 8 long years when industry itself is migrating to eV vehicles.....Holding on to a combustion engine is not a good idea in today’s day and age in my opinion....as most of the german cities will ban them in the coming years......PHEV would be good choice though.....also buying your leased car is also not a very intelligent choice......i always change my leased car to a new one every couple of years in germany without any hastle

How much does keeping a car costs per month?
Depends on how much you will drive , wether you have paid parking or street parking or own garage and have you held a german license before. The monthly costs would primarily consist of Gas, Insurance and Parking. Down the line insurance costs goes down if you remain accident free but maintenance cost comes along. I will not be able to ballpark the costs per month as it depends on a person to person basis. With a car like mine and driving only for weekends, i can say 150-170€

Do I need a German driving’s license for registration or insurance?
Before registration you will need insurance. Insurance will depend on DL eligibility and validity . So accordingly will be your registration period. So the answer is no

@@Socks3657 yes you can use it as long as your foreign DL stands valid in Germany . For instance , license from india is valid for first 6 months in Germany . It can be that you still pay for registration and insurance but not be able to drive if your DL is not valid .

Was the effort of educating only intended for hindi speaking indian diaspora or you have general international audience. Your explanation interspersed with hindi in between limits the possible beneficiaries to north indian resident community only. Sir i want know one thing that can some one register a car in germany without driving license? My neighbour is 55 years old and he has german passport but he does not have german driving license.i have german driving license So can he register a car in germany and at the time of registration i shall give my evb number. I shall wait for your reply.
Yes a car can be registered without a driving license. If you give your evb number, this means you will be the primary insurance policy holder here. If your neighbour wants a car registered, he can certainly do so himself with his own evb number as well. On the other hand when you apply for that EVB number, you can mention the 'keeper of the car' as your neighbor, considering the neighbour wants to register the car. If you check the required documents at you local kfz zulassungsbehorde portal you will know. In the Frankfurt city portal I checked they need no driving license for registration
