Insurance can range from 500 - 1000€ per annum and this price depend on many things, like your age, how old your license is, which car you bought (just a rule of thumb, older cars have higher insurance price), where do you live. ... Besides this, you pay road tax which is around 50-100€.... And rest is the maintenance cost which can also range from 500-1000€ per annum... in total, you spend 1000-2000€ per annum on a car... Yes there are mechanics and then japanese cars also have service stations ... you can repair your car either in these service stations or local mechanic..... and usually Japanese cars are cheap to maintain...

I will get back to you once I have the answers... but I can tell you one thing that without insurance you can not drive on the road so you need the insurance and temporary number plate oderwise you can transport your car via any transporter in that can I think you don't need the insurance..

ADAC is the best.. I have never heard any other service like ADAC, it's just that some car insurance offer similar service like ADAC but if your insurance doesn't offer that then you can get ADAC

In germany, Uber like services are blocked in many cities and for some you need a special license. So it is not possible for student. yes, you need a Class A license for bike and Class B license for Car and for both you will give official practical exam. You can give single thoery exam for both but separate practical exam..

Actually you can but for insurance you need the german bank account ... so i would suggest first search for insurance cmpny which gives you insurance without german bank acount and you can link your credit card

Actually it all depends on the car owner if he lets you use his number plates because it's insurance will be on his name.... I would suggest if you are just going for a day or two then you can get temporary plates ...otherwise you have to register the vehicle and get insurance under your name name...
