10 year stylist here. Those brushes are wonderful and professional in the beginning until your wrist starts clicking and jamming up on you. I was against comb attachments at first until i realized it could be a win-win for myself and my clients if i mastered it.... Less tension on their hair and my wrists, less time blow drying. I need my wrists and hands now and after i retire. Work smarter not harder

This is such an amazing video. There are so many areas you touched on as a professional and receiving a professional service. I honestly feel as though many stylists have allowed the "world" to interfere with our profession to such a point where we will charge more services and do things that a client could at home themselves when the customer is sitting in our chairs for an extremely professional experience. Can you please speak on using hot and or cold water when washing and conditioning your hair. So many think you need to use hot/warm water to "seal" in and "close" your hair cuticles. Can you please touch on that. Thank you.

I just subscribed because your work is undeniably elite! But I wanted to ask with a proper silk press such as this, how long would you say this should last in humid weather? Asking because I got a “silk press” or lack thereof done in the summer and as soon as I left the shop my roots started to puff up and it was completely ruined by the end of the day. So how many days before it would need a touch up? Also thanks so much for sharing your work!!

The cape should’ve been over the chair. That prevents hair from falling all over the client.
