My moment was loooong ago when pokemon gold and silver had just come out. I had beaten the game and was just sauntering around looking for little places to explode when a path I'd taken near the beginning of the game seemed to keep going and going and going and ended up becoming Kanto the first pokemon game which let you go and explore an entire other region. it was awesome and I felt awesome
My omg moment came last night after leaving my bloodborn character on a bridge no where near any enemies with... wait for it... 3000 blood echoes, went to the toilet, and when i got back. Well... OMG, im dead for the 9765432364th time :'(

The 2 things mentioned about Journey are exactly the 2 memorable moments of the game I experienced as well. Realizing I was playing with a real person was an amazing experience for me. Also, I remember getting butterflies in my stomach and I couldn't help but smile during that gliding scene. Never has a game made me feel that way before from what I can remember.
Or then there's the OMG moment in Little Big Planet 2 when you finally figure out how much you can actually do in the game's creation mode. And this feeling was amplified in Little Big Planet 3.. shortly before you realise that most of your LBP2 creations might not function anymore due to the changes in logic.
The T-Rex demo is one of my fave things ever(I'm sure there was a stingray thing like it too...maybe I dreamt it) I was kinda scared of its noises and the whole way it moved yet I loved it. It's still one of my fave childhood memories.

MW-R is the Ultimate way to experience Shock and Awe and Aftermath. The colors are so beautiful and not just dust clouds, the scenery makes it actually seem like it's evening, and the audio is just 100 times better.
Biggest OMG that happens to gamers is, when there's a game that you played all your childhood and you know everything about it, you return once a year or two to replay it again, and you discovere something New (feature, mission, dialogue, secrets ), all those years and replay's and the game keep's to amaze how much more it can contain that you never discovered when you was a kid.
speaking of going back to places i absolutely loved when you returned to fyrestone in borderlands 2. they don't really draw attention to it and so when you suddenly notice it you flip the hell out. it's amazing how everything is different but the same and they even bring the old music back
