Hi Chose. I Haven't measured my wrist, but I can say that it is suitable even for a skinny one. Case diameter 38mm and lug to lug is about 47mm.

Thank you for your comment Haley. What i think is that there is no room for comparison between the two watches. Seiko 5 looks cheap and feels cheap like a disposable watch!
