Apply heavy penalties on water companies for customer complaints .. I have plenty of evidence (as dies my neighbour) for seven Trent’s lack of maintenance and awful service and freeze the prices so the content is forced to suffer the cost of penalties for poor service
Stop dividends and say any profits and reserves have to go into investment until there are no spils into the rivers and sea. Make all fines payable in voting shares with no new issues and double up the fines with each spill.
