@@xenbaker3532 I went to a con about a month ago and saw (probably) a 9-11 year old dressed as Charlie, unfortunately parents don't watch their kids as much anymore as they used too. A lot of the time parents (mostly now) just give their kids electronics because they're too lazy to actually teach their children, and monitor what they're doing and watching. But I can't answer because that wasn't my kid or anything lol.
@@Ray_TheRatt I went a con and there was kids running around dressed as hazbin characters too, and like "miss ya son is dressed as a hell ring leader who is a pimp…and does abuse and sexual assault and many other things…ARE YA SURE YA 9 YEAR OLD SHOULD BE WATCHING THAT"
As you mentioned parents now just shove an iPad in a kids face and let that be the "distraction" like I’m sure that won’t cause any issue later in life uwu

Yeah... at my local con, there were a concerning amount of children that were cosplaying Hazbin Hotel. Parents really will let their kids watch anything if its animated :/

The RC car shenanigans had me giggling so much.
If crowding is hard for you I would recommend asking people from green room or other exhibitors about doors and ways around the con that attendees don't have access to. At momo this year, guests had a way to bypass gaming hall that let out really close to where your booth was and I didn't use this door, but exhibitors had an entrance to the dealers hall behind the walk of fame. (We also had an auxiliary greenroom back there where you could have picked up more snacks)

I work at an elementary school and you'd be surprised at how much the kids know and love The Amazing Digital Circus. The bright colors and cutesy designs makes it seem like it's for kids when the show is definitely not for them 😭since I'm chronically online I always thought it was an innocent show until I sat down and finally watched it. It's a great show! Just not for kids, lmao.
Sometimes when I'm running booths, if I know it's going to be a concrete/hard floor, I bring some foam or some pillows to lay on the floor behind the table. Put a table cloth or rug over it if you want it to look better, but it saves your feet so much! Just a quick tip for the future as I tend to be on my feet for craft fairs the entire 8 to 10 hours.
i dont think i quite realized how big the pomni pants poofs were until seeing them next to humans, love them even more now, SO POOFY!
Highly reccomend an anti-fatigue mat for future boothing! It will save your feet cause those concrete floors are brutal

The fact the Neil cosplayer played along with being Isiekai'd makes me so happy, it's so silly but I never see cosplays of the All For the Game series anywhere, teared up a lil bit XD. love watching the con vlogs! They are always a delight to watch

the waiting at the booth waiting for people to come to you. We called that convention awkwardness where we just need one other person to start it and then everybody’s gonna come into the line.
The kids watching amazing digital circus and hazbin hotel and a lot of other stuff that is aimed at adults right now is getting to me. I saw a literal child dressed up as Angel Dust from hazbin at triad and that rude child who took the rc car looked like an Alastor.
Either way looks like momocon was super fun! I loved all yhe cosplay premiers!
hi hello! This was my first ever Momocon and I had a really good time! It was super healing for my art block and even though I'm not super into cosplay nor did I do a (very good one) this year I still found your panel on getting into cosplay youtube really informative and entertaining (overalls in the first row, on the off chance you're wondering). I watched all of your Momocon vlogs to prepare myself and it helped ease a lot of my nerves about it, so thank you for helping make my con experience better!! It was an awesome experience overall and I'm already looking forward to trying a real cosplay next year!
THE UNKNOWN APPEARING WAS SO FUNNY
I had a good time at momocon and it was really cool to see so many people and meet sarah in person! I will say though, that koi pond area where Sarah was taking frieren pictures in was PACKED at one point on friday and my sisters and I had gone through it because I needed a place to sit DESPERATELY. There was no place to sit and there were a good chunk of people taking advantage of the fact it was an outdoor space and smoking or vaping. Which is fine and fair, their choice, but I'm allergic to cigarette smoke so I had to get out as fast as possible. I was alright in the end because I was wearing a mask, but the getting out of there was.... tricky to say the least. If you watched the cosplay jeopardy video my older sister was the primal kyogre cosplayer in one of the teams, but on friday she was wearing her volcarona cosplay and my little sister was wearing her cosplay that day as well. These were not small cosplays and I was being the handler for both of them, so getting through the crowd at the koi pond was a situation. Never had I been so happy to see an empty chair than at that moment.... until we were flying out of Atlanta but that is another story. This was my first anime convention and my sisters had taken me out to atlanta as a birthday present, it was a magical experience to be around so many people who shared the same interests as me. My one regret is not going to any of the karaokes, but we just didn't have the time or energy from running around the con for so many days.

My friend dragged me around a bit so I didn’t get a chance to stop by your booth but I just wanna let you know it’s because of you I was even able to go this convention!!! It took me over 5 months to beg my mom to let me go to my first convention. I love you so much and I don’t have enough words to describe how much I appreciate you, and I’m so sorry I didn’t get a chance to meet you in person!!! 😭
I was so busy at momo, but once I had time, you're booth was closed. I saw you in your cosplays a lot though and it was so cool to see your hard work in person! It was my first momo, there was so much walking and an overwhelming amount of people, but it was SO FUN!!!!
God I'm so upset I didnt go to your panels or booth, I wanted to but it was like already SUCH huge walks to get ANYWHERE I felt like I was going to keel over after getting thru the dealers room and then finding a way OUT of the dealers room ;___; Ive been going since like 2016 so it was a MASSIVE shift this year in the amount of people and the amount of walking. PLus the weather was pretty insane. I really hope in the future GA cons try moving to more Falltime events for this sort of thing. But very happy u guys had a great con and got hugs turnouts!!! You really deserve it for the awesome work and effort you do, and that person was right- ur stuff is ALWAYS classy
Momo probably won't move to fall cause that'll compete with Anime Weekend Atlanta and Dragon Con.

I was working in a daycare while I was finishing my last year of college and boy do kids know what amazing digital circus is. I had kindergarteners drawing and talking about it. I had to ban it in the daycare. The older kids that would come after school would know it was adult content they were not supposed to what and would try to secretly talk about all the adult media they consumed. However, I would catch them every time and they were SHOCKED I also know about these things.

It was so cool to meet you at the con! I had the purple Snow White sleeves, and we talked about how fun your Jeopardy panel was. I was deep in the con crunch having just finished that dress Friday morning before driving down to the con. ouo;; I'm looking forward to more of your panels (and the Sunday streams until then), and I hope that I can visit your next Momocon booth earlier to buy some charms. :)
I stayed at the signia with 5 buddies and for the two rooms we stayed in was over $2000 and not only was parking not included it was also valet only, oh and no food was included at all like. You'd expect breakfast maybe but that like i said was also not included. Outside of the hotel issues i loved con and i wish i had a chance to stop at your booth! I did get pics of your friends pins and snip and even gave them a polaroid of themselves!!
