I had never heard of that problem either until I was watching a negative Airsoft video one day and he encountered a similar issue. Now I've come across issues with my new arp9 2.0 motor grip is too slender to put in a ASG 35k it's tight in the spring does not want to engage up-and-down so there's no movement
It's definitely a strange one. The issue your having with the Arp is very similar to the issue I'm having here. I'm hoping that a new pistol grip will solve the problem. I had heard of alignment issues before but not this. Very strange. I hope you get it sorted mate.
Have you tried placing some of those adjusting plates that came with some motors to make the rocket motor a bit longer? I had the opposite issue in the past, being the new motor slightly longer than the new one, i solved it by removing the tiny plate, i had to drill a little hole in the motor hight adjusting screw so it couldnt rub with the axle of the motor if it happens to protude a bit from the back.
Thanks for that. I have tried to shim and adjust the motor using the base plate and altering the adjusting screw. It's a strange issue I've not had before because none of those solutions will work. The base on the standard pistol grip seems to have to much material. It must be the combination I'm working with. Slightly thicker motor base on the can and a strange pistol grip. Got a new grip on order which should sort it.
Hello there, im currently looking for a AEG around the 200-300 mark, from what i've found so far the best realistic option would be the KWA originals series would you have any suggestions you could possibly input?
Hi. KWA make some fine replicas. In the price range your looking at you will also have options for G&G and the Cyma platinum range. Specna also do a fine range within your budget. All the models by these brands should have Mosfet's as standard and in many cases metal recievers. Hope this helps.
