That's up to the individual, I go to the gym/outdoor activities 3-5 times a week and I absolutely love it. I haven't completely cut out screens, but when I have screens less and I get out and interact with people more, I feel much more fulfilled.

40% of the children in the U.S have myopia when this number was far less 20-30 years ago when people didnt have the entire internet at their disposal to entertain themselves for hours on end. because the current generation spends so much of their time looking at screens our eyes get weaker at distances because we are focusing on things only 1 foot away. that paired with how evolutionarily our eyes are meant to mainly get wavelengths of light from the sun not from the blue light emitted from our screens we are in the midst of a myopia epidemic. these are the reasons that back when our parents were in school glasses were considered to be something nerds wore because it was far less common to wear glasses, and "nerds" were more susceptible to get myopia since they spent a good portion of their time reading books which were at about the same distance away from them as our screens are away from us. sorry to make you read an entire paragraph.

Quinton, I go to the gym 4 times a week lol. But it's not FUN if you completely cut out any sort of entertainment on a screen.
That's up to the individual, I go to the gym/outdoor activities 3-5 times a week and I absolutely love it. I haven't completely cut out screens, but when I have screens less and I get out and interact with people more, I feel much more fulfilled.
I finished all 27 episodes of Gurren Lagann, both movies, finished One Punch Man, finished Hello!!! Kiniro Mosaic and Boku no Hero Academia Season 1 in one sitting, then proceeded to finish Attack on Titan, Luck and Logic finish all the episodes of Attack on Titan Season 2 available to me. Im a weeaboo and proud

A year ago I decided to finally watch Game of Thrones for the first time, 6 days after that decision, I finished the Winds of Winter episode. That's 60 episodes, 60 hours in 6 consecutive days. I don't think I can do it again with any other series, but it was totally worth it, no matter what science has to say. :)

it's most likely a genetic thing. for example, my mom isn't very social, and she might've had a gene that promoted anti-social behavior, which would explain why im not very social. hell, there's a gene that promotes laziness.

I'm pretty sure anti-social behaviour is strictly correlating with your environment and childhood. If you spend alot of time at home, you will become socially anxious and afraid of talking to people. If you are outside alot you will become a social person. The body adapts, that is how it works. Be honest, have you ever seen an extremely good speaker or a guy that is great at leading discussions and talking to people that spends his free-time inside playing videogames all day?

The more you move the longer you live can also be explained this way: When someone moves time goes slower for said person to the point where is one were to go almost as fast as lightspeed one would experience a few years in the correlation to someone standing still for 1 year.
That's true to some extend but the speed of light is immense, I don't think we will get past 1% of it. walking will just make you *expirience* life to be a few decimals of a nanosecond longer.
