    ** Beetroot Poori Recipe **
    - Ingredients:
    * 1 cup whole wheat flour (atta)
    * 1 medium-sized beetroot, boiled and mashed
    * 1 tablespoon semolina (optional, for added texture)
    * Salt to taste
    * 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    * 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional, adjust to taste)
    * 1 tablespoon oil for dough
    * Oil for deep frying
    - Instructions:
    1. Prepare the Beetroot Puree:
    * Wash and peel the beetroot. Cut it into small pieces and boil until tender.
    * Once boiled, allow it to cool down, then blend it into a smooth puree using a blender or food processor.
    2. Prepare the Dough:
    * In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, mashed beetroot, semolina (if using), salt, cumin seeds, chopped green chili (if using), and 1 tablespoon of oil.
    * Gradually add water as needed and knead the mixture into a smooth and soft dough. The dough should be pliable but not too sticky. Adjust the consistency as necessary by adding more flour or water.
    * Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes.
    3. Divide and Roll the Dough:
    * After resting, divide the dough into small lemon-sized balls.
    * Take one ball at a time and flatten it slightly with your palm.
    * Roll out each ball into a small disc using a rolling pin. The thickness can be adjusted according to your preference, but typically pooris are rolled out to about 3-4 inches in diameter.
    4. Fry the Pooris:
    * Heat oil in a deep frying pan or kadhai over medium heat.
    * Once the oil is hot, gently slide the rolled-out poori into the hot oil.
    * Press the poori lightly with a slotted spoon to help it puff up.
    * Fry until the poori puffs up and turns golden brown on both sides. Flip it once or twice if necessary.
    * Once done, remove the poori from the oil using a slotted spoon and drain excess oil by placing it on a paper towel-lined plate.
    * Repeat the process with the remaining dough balls.
    5. Serve:
    * Beetroot pooris are best served hot and fresh with your favorite accompaniments such as aloo sabzi (potato curry), chole (chickpea curry), raita, or any other side dish of your choice.
    Enjoy your vibrant and delicious beetroot pooris!
