- In this episode of Cesar 911, I meet Buddy, a Golden Retriever that is terrifying the owner's grandson. The constant barking is disturbing the neighbors and the family. This dog seems to have anxious and overprotective tendencies that need to be addressed. In order to help this family, I need to get to the root of the cause and understand why Buddy is acting in this way.

I do wish Cesar could come to Highwood Illinois where I live. I have a Britney and she is crazy. She’s the third I’ve own and the worst one. She can only be in the den the kitchen and sunroom. The dr says she has adha. She can’t focus on anything. She jumps on me and when I say no she still does it. I’m so frustrated with her
