At 1:12, I hear Mariah taking a lower harmony here, making it a G#4. The C#5 was prolly sang by the backup singers lol anyway, never even heard of this performance lol! her tone is so clear and not as heavy and metallic as some of her other vocals that year!
Interesting. To me it sounds like Mariah started the line in a lower note but she ascended which culminated in the C#5 in the word GO but since the quality is really that good it's hard to tell and you may be right!

Mariah tends to put a lot of energy into MIH and the results are worth it really. It sounded so easy for her
