For staining all you have to do is put the cloth goods in a warm cup of water with dish soap and let it sit for 5-10 minutes and then hang it to dry. Tried it with my punk and it doesn't stain anymore

That Roman basic is one of my favorites of all time, great outfit and great sculpt
I say the black joggers definitely help on the ultimate Roman, since his pants are tucked into his boots on the actual figure, so it covers them up at least.
