Really cute. I had such a hard time with mine i bought on resale...plus neither of my cartridges. Worked. I gave up. Id love help...but thats been hard to find too.

It sounds like you maybe purchased the wrong refills. Is it a AT1505-18? That is what this machine takes. Did you try this email address I tagged you here 2 weeks ago? [e-mail] or try [e-mail] EIther can help you.
