    The techniques you teach are some of the most practical that I have been able to incorporate in live rolls. What I really find useful is the moves you show have an intuitive, natural flow, which makes remembering them easy when the time comes to execute. Thank you.

    great video!
    what do you do against the bicep slicer, when someone sneeks his leg in ? just block it in first case ? what to do when caught?

      uipize it’s easier to come up when they apply the bicep slicer because the leg can’t be heavy on your head.
