- In this video I discuss with you a few more of my top tips on how to balance full time work and study and how you an make your study time more effective.
Personally I spent several years working in a full time finance role alongside studying and taking exams through AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) and ACA (Association of Chartered Accountants) so I wanted to give you my best advice and top tips to ensure that you pass first time and to make your study experience a little bit better.
Here is a link to my first video:
• How to Manage Full Tim...
If you have any tips that you want to share with others please feel free to pop them down below I hope that this information is useful to you and that you can apply it yourself and learn how to manage full time work and study effectively.
I'm 2-3 months behind on my AAT studying right now so hopefully I can abide by these tips to catch up. Working full time on shift work 50hrs a week and trying to find motivation for studying is unfathomably hard.
Good luck in your RUclips career though, you seem like a lovely woman with a lot to give.
Thank you MisterGodBunny that's really kind of you, it can be difficult balancing it all out and there were times I was working up to 80 hours a week trying to study and so I can 100 percent relate. If you get stuck during your studies hun don't hesitate to ask as I'm always happy to help :)
@@RebeccasFinanceTutorials Where did you work?
I will always love how humble you are. May you have a great day Rebecca!
Aww thank you Ayesha :) that's so lovely x
Keep smashing it with your content. I can tell you put a ton of time and effort into it and it really shows. Looking forward to seeing more of your content in future - keep it up.
Another great video. Motivation is key really. We all have days where we feel like it’s too much etc but your quizzes on a Wednesday help focus my mind and remind me, we are all on this journey together :) and yes healthy eating and drinking will fuel the brain. lots of water, fruit and green veg. If anyone wants to eat an apple before studying, it has more natural sugar and wake up than coffee
Aww thanks David and thank you for the great tip I am always learning from yourself :) I will have to try that myself instead of drinking coffee
Thanks for your videos, they really help
Thank you hun that's lovely to hear
great tips thanks for the video Rebecca
You're very welcome Ham Mer83 :D x
Thanks for the tips, I'm going to start my part-time studies in two weeks and I've really enjoyed your tips!
Thanks Robin for your comment all the best with the studies let me know how you get on :)
@@RebeccasFinanceTutorials thanks, I'll be doing a master in accountancy & control with the specialisation in control. I'm super excited for it and honestly had given up on studying a few years ago, but a new found drive made me take the challenge again and my employer is very supportive :)

Hi I have a question. I have received an apprenticeship offer as a accounts assistant at level 2 or level 3 it’s my choice to choose what level to start at. I already have business and finance A levels and I am thinking to start at a level 3 AAT not level 2 AAT. Will I be missing out a lot of knowledge if I skip level 2 AAT? Thanks
Hi Hammaad not at all I think it is possible to start level 3 and pick up what was taught at level 2 quite quickly, I myself completed level 2 then level 3 and found the gap was not a great leap so I definitely think it is possible to start from level 3 :)
@@RebeccasFinanceTutorials thanks for the quick reply. Your videos are soo helpful and great to watch. Keep up the hard work.
