May I ask what calendar do you use?

      Great question!
I have Google calendar synced to my apple iCal and the calendar function in Spark email (this is because I have a number of businesses with G-Suite email addresses and so meetings, tasks and more get automatically added).
For actually planning my week, as in this video, I'll use Notion (or your note-taking app of choice with a planner) again synced to google calendar to automate this.
I'll then plan the week out and create the time-blocks and deadlines seen in the video.
I'll be doing a deep dive into this in a future video if helpful too :)

Do you work regulary as a Surgeon or part time ? Because, dont surgeons work usually for more than 60+ hours per week? Completely impossible to be an employer next to a job as a surgeon, especially when you want to workout and cook healty. The next thing is, if you want to become a very good surgeon, you cant be an employer, too! This job requires you to put all of your energy into the job, otherwise you won`t be a good surgeon some time.

    • @AlexanderFYoung

Yep this was full time as a surgeon.
The business I was running at the time was a SaaS company that was fully automated (ie no employees). I was able to use my free time to front-load product creation (which I coded) and content (which I wrote/outsourced) and this scaled to $500k in 24-months.
Subsequently when I grew a VC-funded company that scaled to 50+ employees quite quickly I stopped clinical to go full time as CEO because, as you correctly say, you need to focus on that one thing to be the best.
The tips here are to show that however busy you are there are strategies for enabling studying or side hustles around a busy lifestyle that also leaves time for fun.
