Keep at it dude, would love to know more detail on why your gym didn't pan out, was it bad luck etc? can you try again in a better area etc? I'm looking to open a gym locally as we don't have anything for miles, thinking of combining it with a bikepark, another passion of mine but keen to get the numbers right first and foremost.
Honestly it would take a good while to go through it... Or I could just say 2020, which explains a lot.
@@climberdad ah fair dude, yeah that wouldn't help. Still might be useful for other to see what can go wrong and where but its always better to focus energy into moving forwards. Bouldering is still booming so something will hit sooner or later. Do you have a discord channel or anything?

@@climberdad I don't have it on my phone, just on my pc, its just a group message app where people can develop ideas that can help you, also build a community of likeminded people.
