Agreed to all the above! I have seen a couple of videos where a hat with keywords was used. Each setter drew from the hat and set a climb associated to that word. I thought this would produce so much creativity, and look forward to having fun setting. I reached out a while ago to pick your brain about gym locations. Since then we have found our location and are hoping to be open in 4 months.
