Accidents in autocross, while rare, do happen. This car has been through a fence before. The only saving grace is that average speeds at autocross are much lower than an actual track. Many people who are building a competitive car will forego the roll cage to save weight.
Great work! Notice a few areas you could adjust here but you can't get much faster then that without adding hp.

How many hp? Suspension and tires?
Not my car so I don't know the specifics, but it's on e85, bigger intercooler. Coilovers and 315's square.
The side mirrors can be turned?
I turn the mirrors away from the driver to remove the distraction of looking behind to see if you hit a cone. Gotta stay focused on driving faster :)
