    I have lupus and I did numerous of fast before but this one will be my longest one trying to head for 31 days...20 days water and 10 days of dry fasting, I know it seems intense but over the past few months I've bin doing 14 days fast I don't have to take any meds for my lupus and after years of doctors telling Me I couldn't and shouldn't get pregnant I was bless with my baby boy and my lupus has bin in remission for two years now!!! #FASTINGJUNKY😎😎

    That is so true I have loss over 100 pounds in 5 months from researching about water fasting and listening to you and making it a lifestyle. I love it and I have heal so many health conditions that was giving me a hard time and I can never turn back to my old ways because fasting is definitely a lifestyle for me now until God call me 🤙 home

    Please do not go back to eating fast food as soon as you break your fast. You will feel like crap and you will hurt. Treat yourself like a new born baby when you decide to break your fast. 🤗
    Please try not to weigh often because you will gain weight and it will discourage you. Stay focused and you’ll see your results.
    After your fast, junk food will not taste the same. If you like salty chips, it will taste like you’re eating a bag of crunchy salt. 😂
    I loss 15 LBS in January 2020.
    February goal is 10 LBS. I’ll try to make it 14 days on water fast. 😁✌🏽
    I do breathe better while running. I really need to go back to Africa so that I can eat some real food. 😩😂

      The same meats and veggies and fruits are in America as well as Africa. It is not that they have better food it is all about food preparation and like you stated stay away from fast foods..

      Day 1 and Day 2, the hardest but keep drinking water. I had so many first days, and that's okay so be kind to yourself. I found that having a plan, like add your alarm to drink water. Every 2hrs 500mls works for me. Some days I can only take a sip or 2 but do what you feel comfortable with. Also I find if I add 1tsp celtic salt to your drink first thing in the morning, then every other alternative I add 1tsp apple cider vinegar to 1tsp lemon juice. I find this works for me. Be kind to yourself. You got this

    Cravings on my cycle are challenging
    but I lost 40lbs in about 2-3wks when I was sick so I know fasting works
    I'm a emotional/compulsive eater,
    I stopped getting high and hanging out though so I know I can do it
    just gotta keep at it

    I’ve not only lost weight, but also reversed high blood pressure and fatty liver with water fasting. Alternating extended fasting and OMAD works best for me! Thanks for another insightful video and helping spread the truth!

    I'm starting another water fast tomorrow. Refeeding correctly is my biggest downfall. I completed a 14 day and a 48 hour so far this year. I went from180 lbs to 159 lbs on the first water fast. Gained back some weight. Went up to 167 lbs. Second water fast 167 lbs to 164 lbs. Let's do water fast #3!!!

    I'm on day 12 have no symptoms anymore! No hunger or weakness. Just hate the taste of water 😅
    But I'm not loosing weight on the scale the way I expected, just a few grams from the last 3 days and it was starting to demotivate me!
    This video was very encouraging...plus I lost many inches, pants that didn't fit me 12 days ago, are now fitting 😃
    My goal is 18 days, I'm keeping strong.

      Start out slow by cutting out sugar and processed foods and intermittent fasting. It makes it way easier to go into prolonged fasts. I also watch as many fasting videos as I can to stay motivated. Taking starting out weights, measurements, and photos as accountability are a must as well before starting.

      I always say that, because in church I have always noticed that none of the oldest saints, particularly the men, are obese.
      There are, however, “hip heavy” older women though….my understanding is that weight isn’t as dangerous as stomach weight, hence they can live longer with that type of weight…..

    Currently on a 15-21 day fast. This information is sooo helpful. This is like my 4th or 5th time fasting and I’m definitely having different symptoms. I’m having chills and am cold. But I’m feeling way more euphoric than I did n the other fast. I’m actually happy with myself idk it’s weird but I’m not complaining lol. All praises to the most high for giving me the strength to get through this.

    Last night I made up my mind, I gained 20+ pounds in less than two weeks binging on ice cream after working hard to lose 65lbs. I’ve been struggling with this for a while and I’m tired. My mind is made up. I want to do a minimum of 30 days (720 hours) I’m 16 hours in and I’m not stopping until I undo the damage I’ve caused. I can see that 20+ pounds and I feel it. My back is killing me, I feel like a slob. My goal is to get out of the 200’s and break my sugar addiction. I’m down 5.4 pounds since yesterday.

      Make Lemon Ginger Blast (juicing recipe is on my channel). OR, heat 16oz of distilled water, squeeze 1 lemon to the water along with 1/4 Tsp of ginger & turmeric power and 1/8 Tsp of Cayenne and 2 packets of stevia. Shake and drink 1-2 times daily. I add more Cayenne to get rid of the mucus but you can boil ginger slices in the water if you want to use fresh ingredients. Lemon Ginger blast knocked my cough out in 1 week....and I coughed up mucus for 2 years.

    This video is so timely. I'm sitting here so frustrated about my weight and want to desperately to lose. Fasting is so hard but I know necessary for healing not just weight loss. But appetite is such a stronghold. You don't know how you have encouraged me to start. Last Sept I managed 21 days. The first 10 were the Master cleanse and the last 11 was water. I was so disappointed with the weight loss results 😫 I got depressed afterwards. Even though I felt good and I had less arthritis knee pain 🤔 I could not get over the seemingly little weight I had lost. So I will try again a few days if fasting each week. And I will listen to this video again as needed for motivation. Thank you and keep up your good work. I'm not on Facebook anymore so I can't join that group.

    I'm currently doing alternate day fasting with omad....so roughly 40 hour fast and eat one meal. In February I'm going to aim for 48 hrs and then 72 hrs fasting 🤞🏽

    This info is amazing. Unfortunately I went crazy the night before i started my fast. But I will implement a plan for refeeding. This is awesome. Also not being able to breathe is one thing that happens to me when i gain too much weight. This last time was my last straw. I am determined. I’m on day three now!

    Found your channel living here in mainland China. YES! Mental and physical prepping is essential. I eliminated bad foods: flour, white sugar, before my first 10 day.fast last year. Prep your mind. Deeply think about what you’re going to do before you start. I’m on my second 10 day fast. Cleaning out you colon, with herbal enemas - green tea or coffee, REALLY helped to killed my detox symptoms. A coffee enema wiped out my shaky weakness and flushed out accumulated crap.

    This might be one of my fav videos of yours. I've fasted a few times and have tried to get started again and can't build up the motivation. Your breakdown of how to approach fasting and coming up with a REAL action plan to my trouble areas is so simple but I wasn't writing down a plan and doing the work.     Chris you have inspired me so much! i fell off the wagon last year and a little over a week ago I decided to get back on track, I gained all my weight back and more, and i am feeling terrible, not just because of the weight but because like you said, i struggle to even tie my shoe laces! i have experience with water fast and I mentally prepared for a 21 day water fast. I have been watching your videos because i find so much motivation on them! this one just made me want to cry out of inspiration! thank you

    I've been doing the 5 days water fast for 3 months. lost about 30 lbs since January, but that feeling great and amazing level I have never reached. I constantly feel weak and lethargic and I prep and all, So what advice would you give me to help make it less Exhausting?

    All this year I've been fasting. My longest fast was a dry fast of 16 days (no water and no food) but 2 months later I'm on day 10 of my water fast, I have 40 days left but if I am strong enough I am willing to push for 60-70 days. Just trying to get to 50 first.

    I fasted 20/4 for 3 months, lost 30 pounds. Have been losing tons of hair. Now only fast a few days a week and put back on 5 lbs. Would like to lose another 30. This video is motivating to get back to it. Thanks.

    I need to move because my family over indulges with food and constantly purchases my trigger foods even when I ask them not to. I know that I need to be in an environment that fosters a better eating habit and its not here.

    I'm going to start fasting this Sunday 06/21/2021, for 21 days. I'm going to start with 16/8 and have watermelon and liquids. My liquids will be water, seafood stock, vegetable broth, or herbal tea. For dinner a sensible keto meal. Then I'll proceed to OMAD and water for another 21 days. Then I will ease back to 16/8 with liquids and watermelon for 7 days and then add a keto meal. Not only am I GOING to lose weight but I have lipedema in both legs and I'm hoping the detox will help elevate the swelling from Lipedeama the way it helped Kendice with her Lupus. Help me, Jesus.

    Totally connect with all your points aside from the statement of people in their 80s. We currently don't see obese in their 80s because they were born in the 1930s and have a different relationship with food. They don't eat all this fast food and factory produced food. They eat clean.

    Today is day 5 for me and I lost nothing 🙄 I walk 3 miles everyday too. My first fast, I lost 13 pounds in 3 days

      Maybe all the walking is causing inflammation and water retention hun, please don't let that discourage you. Google the "woosh" effect, it will show you a picture of fat cells over say three days, slowly losing fat but holding water and then woooosh your body let's go of that water and you drop 6lbs. You've got this. Remember if you're not eating and walking, there's absolutely no way you're not losing fat, give your body time to adjust to the task at hand.

      Because you're losing fat now your body is losing inches , I Guarantee your waist size got smaller and you lost fat in your face and stomach

      A Healthy Alternative Thank you very much! I was thinking about eating watermelon, avocado, tomatoes and cucumbers mixed together?? On the second day a smoothie with spinach, blueberries and pineapple. Then start round 2 of my 14 day fast the next day! That’s the first thing that came into mind! Will that be okay to break my fast?

    Ok, I need more info on two things you spoke of. First, gaining weight while fasting. This happened to me a few months ago (weighed-in on day 6 and was up TEN pounds). Totally baffled by that. Second, what's this about being able to eat fruit when diabetic?! Yep, I'm type 2, so this really intrigues me. I was addicted to (real) fruit juice, especially peach nectar, before becoming diabetic. Please explain.

    Thank you so much for this I am starting my fasting Journey once again I know this definitely works😀 Back in 2018, I decided I wanted to look hot when my husband came back home from his Trucking on the road and you're commentary really help me . I went from a fully thick size 22 to a sizzling size 10-12 in 3 months. All with just simply not eating drinking water and going for walks. I'll admit it was difficult the first 3 days especially that I had to cook for my two boys 😣 but when I hit the 5th day it was no stopping me. I did gain a lot out of it by not eating red meat anymore but my main issue now since I don't eat red meat is that I recognize that I have replaced it with snacks and breads and I did end up gaining a good 25lb since then😞 but anyway just wanted to say thank you for making this video 😎 binge watching mode!!! PS will be sending you my pics from the last time I fasted and will be sending before and after pics of my upcoming success for this year 😎

      Michelle W that’s awesome. I’m 5’3 weighing 230 pounds and I want to get to 130 pounds. Is it best to start the water fast tomorrow or on a Monday? And you don’t eat anything at all, not even something that’s low in calories?

    I've got all the aspects of the water fasting pretty much down and memorized. My only two questions is does it matter or more so what type of water is needed to be the most successful throughout this process and how does this work with medications certain people are required to take? I need this info to help someone in my family but, can't pinpoint those two aspects. If anyone has the answers or if Chris sees this alone that would be great. Thanks anyone who happens to stumble upon this. :)

    I have no problem fasting as far as missing food is concerned. My problem is the horrendous heartburn! Drinking apple cider vinegar and or lemon juice works short term but it comes right back.....I only lasted 8 days. Suggestions???

      I do intermittent fasting, and now i dont have heartburn, or GERD. When i dont IF i have all kinds of heartburn problems. Before i did IF i took omeprazole for years.

    I have saved the two more dynamic fast for the last ones for me to do in this rotation the wet fast and the dry fast I know that both of them will work because I’ve done each accidentally and received good results currently one meal a day is where I’m at and I will use it for my health journey until I’m ready to do the last two

    When I break my fast I eat whatever I want and however much I want... that is the beauty of fasting is that you can do that! Some times I eat a healthy steak and salad dinner... other nights like last night I went to buffalo wild wings and had a huge wing dinner with a big basket of fries and a huge dessert.... I eat until im full... then the fast starts again.... but I eat whatever the heck I want and the weight just drops off with the fasting.... you dont have to restrict yourself....

I want to lose weight by doing an extended water fast, but I always cave in at the end of day 3. How much would you say you lose around in a month of doing that? (sorry for all the questions)

    Water fasting has helped me but why can’t I go no more then 15 days I did it twice my goal was 21 or push to 30 but 15 days seems like I can’t get past it. What is that all about?

    I needed this thanks 🥰🤗😘😔I mess up and my stomach go nuts. That put me back right the stomach pain. I only ate half a green apple and omfg my stomach going nuts. I binge ate before lol. Than I finally went into water. Now I'm like I dont want to go backwards it hurts. Your body controls everything and will show you. Larwd you dont want skip back! The physiological pressure there but not that bad. You just have to be consistent and straight up with your self. My journey is for 6 months. I just wanna see where it a take me. My first fast I did 3 months. When i set back i work out and just keep going now!
