- This series will continue for as long as it has your support, if you enjoy this episode let me know with a like and a comment!
I'd love your feedback on this episode and series, what would you change to the format? should everything be recorded live? how long should episodes be? etc.
I did an LMA 2003 series 3 years ago now but it only lasted a short period of time, this was back when I first started doing videos and since then a lot has changed.
This is going to be a very casual series where I just record everything live with no editing and ramble away. If you have questions or stuff you'd like me to talk about in episodes let me know in the comments. This series won't be daily like my FM series but will release hopefully a few times a week and provide a casual platform for me to talk away.
I imagine some people are going to be confused by the money situation, in every LMA manager there was a money cheat to give yourself £500m, since I don't plan on dedicating my life to this save and it'd be fun to get to the prem whilst attracting well-known players I'm using said cheat in this series. Don't worry though, the editor is disabled :v)

Thanks for watching guys,

Say's 500 million, looks like £499,995,272 to me MATE
Flagged video for misleading title mate.
I took a £4,728 signing on fee.
Classic clickbaiting ;)
Oh look its the creator of Bottle Jobs. Only joking Real fan of the channel Benjy
sign RONALDO
I love how the 2003 LMA match engine is better than the match engine of the best football manager game available 13 years on...
And still…
Awesome idea, thoroughly enjoyed watching it. I wish LMA Manager was still around to give FM some competition.
SQUARE PITCH #SALFORDSTORY
Paul Scholes, Zinedine Zidane and Oliver Bierhoff at the end of his career!Great series, keep this going I remember playing this. Had all of the LMA games at the time. Was like a throwback seeing this pop up on my feed.
Nostalgia overload!! I first started playing this when I was 9 and I've been hooked on football ever since :D
Been wishing for something like this on RUclips since the Wimbledon save you did a few years ago!
This brings back so many memories. I think I remember that the player with the highest overall was Alvaro Reccoba.
Didn't players get stubbed toes as an injury all the time? That was so annoying!
after 5 years, but anyway. Yes when you had players that do the same work on the pitch they got injured easily. So you can use them all
Blimey - that was a blast from the past. Even in the first game against Lincoln, it was nice to see Kingsley Black and Tony Battersby turn up, both veterans of my CM98 Man City sides :)
James Thomas from Swansea, scored a hat trick for us to keep us up in division 3 in 2003 last game of the season. Now a paramedic. What a legend.
Oh, man. First football management game I ever played, loved this! Went on a nice spell of domination with Inter.
Brilliant.
Personally played 2002 more, but this was almost identical.
Always enjoyed the LMA series!
Swansea striker is Jamie Thomas, former Blackburn lad who came back to help us escape relegation on the final day of the 2002 season with a hattrick at home against Hull City. He's a hero for it but blew his knee out and had to retire quite young (25-26 I think). Now works for the Welsh Ambulance Service... awesome bloke. Without his goals that day we go down to non-league and probably out of business too, never reaching the Premiership or winning the Capital One Cup. Scary thoughts...
M Bound is (I think) Matthew Bound who left Swansea for Oxford around 2001. Good defender and we were sad to see him go tbh. Met him at a race night (testimonial for Keith Walker the fans organised as the club wouldn't/couldn't afford to do anything... bad days) and he was a great guy.
W Elliott looks like Wade Elliott, a good tricky midfielder. Overall looks like you are landing yourself a couple of good additions here!
Favourite player from this time was Roberto Martinez. Real quality and leadership in our midfield who actually became manager and led us out of the lower leagues. Also Leon Britton and Garry Monk started with us at this time and both also became club legends. It's a very nostalgic period for me. :D
speaking of fifa - you passed Lee Trundle when you were looking at players :) (5 star skiller fifa 13 or something)
very nostalgic to see this game ! good times on the ps1 with lma :)
Brilliant fm07 player
Lma manager is legendary - i will be tuning in every episode
As a Boston fan I look forward to this series and seeing all the old players!
ahhh i loved the LMA series so much, was gutted when it came to an end, didn't discover FM until 3 or so years after
great blast from the past thanks for this series jack i spent many happy hours playing lma from the very original which was only the english leagues as for fave players from 02 oh me eoin jess would be one being an aberdeen fan myself he may be in england somewhere in 02 cant remember alsoa young michael owen still at liverpool and obviously stevie g yes i like the mighty liverpool fc too
Holy shit LMA Manager 2003, so many memories. Balotelli ultimate wonder-kid, and bringing Hull City to absolute world glory.
Balotelli? In 2002? He was 12 dude...
gd video pal..classic game this as got me r8 in mood to play it now lol..kuqi was mine
Just sat here with my mouth open watching the game's intro.. this game is the greatest ever!!! #nostalgia
Man, this takes me back. I still have all the cheats written down on one of my notepads.
James Tomas is a Swansea legend who scored a hat-trick in the game against hull which saved Swansea from survival. Love the save idea and its a nice bit of nostalgia.
An absolute classic game, look forward to the series.
I lived for this game! Please keep this series going!
Nooo wayyy!!
I remember playing this on my ps2 and had the cheat disc
Bought Cassano. Aimar, Rebocca, Ronaldo etc
Made my day
I remember playing this and LMA 05/07 on my Playstation, hours upon hours of negotiating with random, obscure players. I think I went through a stage of plucking Portuguese diamonds in the lower Portuguese leagues, could of been on the later LMA manager games but continuously signed Tiago Gomes and Hugo Leal, no idea who they played for but definitely takes me back.
I swear to god i was thinking about this game yesterday and I started watching the playthrough you did in 2013😂
That awkward moment when you live in Boston :D. Anthony Elding was a boss back in the down #ComeOnYouPilgrims ;)
Robert earnshaw was my hero as a boy banging goals in for the city. Cardiff beat top of the premiership Leeds in the FA cup in 2002 with graham kavanagh scoring a free kick and local boy Scott Young scoring the winner after mark viduka had put Leeds ahead :) was a magical FA cup day
I was 14 and me and mate during school holidays did a Wigan and tranmere save was the best 6 weeks of our lives wouldn’t change it was so addictive
The J.Thomas you reviewed for transfer is Welshman James Thomas who happened to scored a hat-trick in one of the most important games in Swansea City history when they beat Hull City 4-2 and avoided relegation from Division 3. Also as a random fact he was offered a trial and signed by reigning Premier League Champions Blackburn Rovers but spent most of his time on loan at numerous clubs
OMG I LOOOOVED LMA Manager!!!!!!!! nice one jack!!!
Catanha - On Loan from Celta Vigo. What a legend he was. He would join any league as well! I remember doing a Hartlepool play through when i was a kid. He owned it.
omg! i loved the LMA series back in the PS1/PS2 days :D
loved this game am sure kanu was best player on game lol and desailly was best cb... many a hour building my stadiums too shame cant download it on pc i would love to play it again great episode dude
When you consider fms graphics now and the fact you could upgrade youre own ground, lma was way ahead of its time😅
R. O'Donoghue is Ryan, used to play for Dunfermline. Played once or twice in first team before disappearing off the planet but he's still alive with me as I've one of his few game worn shirts
Hey jack would you consider playing football tactics? It is very simple out of match but in match it has a lot of underlying complexity.
24:30 jeff thomas?
He's Welsh as well
I loved this game series as a kid and was really sad when it was cancelled but then I started to play FM on my PSP instead.
wow this brings back a lot of good memories
Looking good !
Where's the Derby stream replay gone? I was really enjoying that series!
love this!
Fantastic idea for a series
wow love this throw back I did just re buy this game last month as well please buy a few players from Scotland and Larsson when he would move 2 u
I also have lma on emulator and was wondering what your bonus code is. I can find the money cheat for my bonus code. Or did you use code breaker?
what a game this was back in the day
omg he is scouting Jeff Thomas!
Simon Yeo went out to play in New Zealand for a couple of years, before coming back to play in England. Lincoln's keeper was called Alan Marriott by the way.
Favourite player in 02 was 100% Stefan Klos...btw could you possibly do a tutorial on how you got the game running, i'm pretty dumb when it comes to that sort of stuff..
Oh man LMA is amazing!! :O
Loved this game back in the day!!!
This is my favourite manager game ever!
Wade Elliott is a Burnley legend. Scored the goal that took us up in 2009.
Holy crap, I loved this game!
Bloody hell. Haven't seen this game in bloody years, clocked far too many hours on it.
I've followed Griffiths' career for years and I can't believe he's on LMA manager 03. Look at him now!
....my body is ready for this
Me and my mates had this game when it was out and no one believed me that I actually completed it!! I was Liverpool and by the year 2010 or so all my youth players had full bar ability. I built my stadium up to the maximum which is 100,000 people and I would only get crowds of 60k a week max. I had the same formation which was 4-3-1-2 and I think was a cheat cos it worked for every team you played. The money in my bank eventually went up £999,999,999 as it didn't go up to a billion. I won everything every season cos every player in my squad was full bar ability and it retired me in the year 2030 or so. So I pretty much completed it.
YAAS I'M SO HAPPY THIS IS HAPPENING.
Loved this game, they need to release it for the iPad
Dean Sturridge, scored two goals for Wolves in my first ever football game in 2002 against Bradford in Div 1
what a game!
This took me back a little bit, dang
Cheating to enhance the story smh Jack. Joking, love this game - should be a good one
The narrative, not the story.
I have used a steam controller to play FM when I tried Steam In-Home streaming on my TV. It works for sitting down and relaxing that way but when I'm at my PC the mouse is far superior.
and how did get tht cheat i getting LMA manager 2002 2004 and 2007 do u know cheats for them like how get money like 500 million for small team
Yesssssss first football management game I ever played
did u play lma manager 2004 too? cause iplay lma manager 2004 not 2003
used to love this game series back in the day...... but why did they stop making them after lma 2007???? remember buying diego Tristan and Javier saviola and bossing the game haha
Lincoln City are nowadays in league 1 / Division 2 and Boston United are nowadays in National/Conference league North
Although he was 33 in 2002, Claudio Caniggia for Rangers was great to watch!
Daryl Clare is still kicking about the non-league. He's player/joint manager at Boston Town in the United Counties League Premier Division.
LMA 2007, create your own club from League 2!
I wish fm had the stadium builder that lma had coz I use to love that to.
Matt Duke, your goalie. Played for Hull for a while
Wade Eliott, ex Burnley player
yeah he is the same duke who had cancer i think
Rip
Hexagon Challenge
Is there a way of getting this on laptop?
The best thing about this game was the cup draws :)
Can someone tell me where to download this please?!
Can you do a simulate on this game to see how long Francesco Totti and Buffon play for?
M.Duke seems like ex Hull keeper Matt Duke, what a cult hero
What console are you playing on
P.Smith is Peter Smith :P he used to play for my team Telford United & then my hometown team Newtown
Simon Yeo played in the Australian league, but for the team based in New Zealand
Hi jack i live near Boston about 20 minutes away in fact. Do you know of a place called Heckington.
Won't be on the game but terry skiverton, Darren way and lee Johnson were huge in our conference winning season (2002/03)
que recuerdos !!! que viejo me estoy haciendo...
Favourite player back in 2002? Would have to be Stefan Klos or Michael Mols at Rangers
Jack, show us the league's for all teams please... fantastic game
I've tried the steam controller for FM, not recommended, hopefully gets better in the future
I did this with Bristol Rovers. :)
i loved this game
Are you Statapp in disguise?
maybe
+WorkTheSpace surprised you haven't logged off from all the negativity
I'd need to make 3 videos explaining nothing first
+WorkTheSpace but why do that when you can sign Lionel Messi to help you avoid relegation in your league 1 campaign?
***** Thanks
How do you do the cheat
Paul Bastock now plays for a team called Stamford AFC, the team that I support and despite as is still quite good at the age of 46
Derek Riordan, best finisher I've ever seen.
I think that goalkeeper is Matt Duke, formerly of Hull fame. :)
It is ex Bradford who was a hero in the league cup campaign where they got to the final.
Ex Northampton too! #ShoeArmy
