Born in the US, where I played european futbol, and having lived in SPain for 33 years, I can remember Pep playing a game when he was very young against Logrones, and I said tomy wife, 'He is like a ballerina, so elegant.' Well, unfortuantely, he lost along the way whatever elegance he had. I remember when Barcelona lost a Cup of the King game in the Mestalla against my team, and when the Dutch goalie stopped tobe itnerviewed as the Brça players were laving the field, Pep grabbed him by the shoulder and pulled him away from the microphone. I can't believe that if you are a keen observor of human behavior and contemporary politics, that yhou ahve failed to notic that every time ole Pep has a chance to diss Spain, he jumps on it, most lately when he suggested that SPain was racist, which Xavi publically contradicted. It¡s not that we don't consider him a real Spaniard, it's that he doesn't consider himself a real Spaniard. As for pedro, he has destroyed his party by amking whatever ddeals iwth the devil ar enecessary to keep himself in power, including an alliance with the cold blooded murderers of ETA which the Basque party Bildu compeltely supports without the slightest blink of repentence. In other words, he has given comfort to terrorists and exacerbated the horror of the victims famlies. That's a line you can't cross, and I have always voted left, until now.
