by the way is there a normal way to make a character walk with loops and everything and then make it stop? except using auto walk in duik, which not always working right
Thank you for your effort. Please, I wanted a video tutorial to animate characters as they walk and turn right and left in one video for the same character.
Since my training is a series, I didn't say it in this video, I explained it in detail in the 'walk cycle animation in front view'. ruclips.net/video/UaWq3cEzrKc/видео.html But briefly, a walking cycle happens in 24 frames and has 9 main poses (9 markers), the distance between each pose being 3 frames.
Brand new to animation and duik but slowly fighting through! How do u get the feet and hands to move with the rig and have the feet stop at the contact line like your rig (min 1:59)? When I applied auto-rig, the feet and hands stayed fixed while I moved the body controller. The only way for me to have the feet and hands move with the body controller is to apply position keyframes to the leg controller :(
hey am kinda new to this character animation. i dont understand how that skeleton appeared there. which one of your video should watch to learn about it, as for a beginner?
Hi, first watch this to understand how to repair characters for rigging. ruclips.net/video/2od39YJc4zc/видео.html Then watch this for rigging and animating the characters ruclips.net/video/lzDUPLydsp4/видео.html
Hello, it's difficult to explain as a text but I'll try. Take a picture of the character in the contact pose and repeat it for the number of steps, so that the back leg of the second picture is in the place where the front leg of the first picture is, and also all the steps should be specified firstly and then the character should be animated according to the pictures. I hope you understand.
I made the same steps but when I tried to move the body every part from this man move in another direction like every part from his body separate I don't know why
I think you didn't rig your character, first, you should rig your character and then animate it. At the beginning of the video, I told which video you must watch to learn how to rig the character.
Create a 'null object' then hold 'Shift' button and parent it to the 'body controller' so that the 'Null' snaps to the 'body controller' anchor point. Then unparent the 'Null' and then parent the 'body controller' to the 'Null object' and finally animate the X position of the 'Null' to move the character.

Thank you dear Master. Only at what times should I put these markers in the film not specified
I think this is the easiest way for character animation. Your workflow is so simple and effective to learn. Thank you
you're welcome!
amazing workflow, made my character walk realisticly in 10 minutes, great work!
I'm so glad to hear that.

the way you broke it down into principles really helped a lot. thanks.
Glad it was helpful!
And I hope you keep putting in the video attachments the profile of the one in the video that we apply to

The expression used to loop paths:
👇👇
if (numKeys >1 && time > key(numKeys).time) {
t1 = key(1).time;
t2 = key(numKeys).time;
span = t2 - t1;
delta = time - t2;
t = delta%span;
valueAtTime(t1 + t)
} else {
value
}
Hi and thank you for your teaching. I had a question. Explanations you put on top of the timeline at different times. How can I put in??
Hello, if you mean marker, you can create it by pressing the star (*)key on the number part of the keyboard

instead of moving the background, I needed to move the character, and it sliding like crazy, do you have any tips on how to solve this!?

@@JafarFazel Oh, so I need to place all the pose photos first at a reference for postion, then animated based on it!?
@@auhoangminhduy Exactly,
for convenience, you can use lines instead of pictures.
