  • Disclaimer: I am a nonbaker but peach cobbler is my favorite dessert since childhood. So I’m back with ANOTHA ONE! As a non baker I enjoy deconstructing this dessert to see how many variations can be enjoyed.
This recipe was inspired by Jocelyn Adams and Crazy for Crust.
I don’t use a lot of different sugars; one and maybe 2 sometimes works enough for my household.
Make substitutions according to your lifestyle or as desired.

    What I Used:
•2 cans of peaches or opt for fresh peaches if you want (I love baking with them but they can get pricey)
•2 cans of crescent rolls dough
Baking dish, size is your choice
    Mine is approx 8x9
    What I Used:
    •1/2 stick of butter
•1 cup, Almond sugar for baking and coating
    •cinnamon, a dash…or two…or three 😂
    •1 tbsp vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
    • pinch of salt
    I also added:
•2 tbsp rum (for flavoring not drunkenness) 🙄
    •2 oz lemon like spritzer
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until golden brown quth a nice crusting
    Your turn!
