Scanning Electron Microscope EDX

Energy dispersive X-ray microanalysis (EDX) allows us to determine the elemental composition of a sample. It can be carried out in an SEM or a TEM.
In this video we will show you an overview of EDX, and a demonstration of how to collect data about the elemental composition of coins.
