Skateboarders are keepers of time. I love that no matter what decade you watch skateboarding, it's exactly the same. This footage could have come out from 1995 and there would be no difference. Most things change and evolve as time goes on, so it's comforting to see this sport is such a shared experience no matter how much time passes.
At a time when the world and society are more deeply divided and at odds than ever before, it's so nice to see people of all colors, genders, religions, whatever, just having a great time together and showing how living together works. Love!
