- Hu Tao vs Arlecchino. I had limited time to build father so she is not as decked out as hu tao. No Yelan on Hu Tao's team as well.
TAKE THE RESULTS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT. I DIDNT PLAY HU TAO PERFECTLY, AND MY INVESTMENT ON FATHER IS WORSE THAN HU TAO.
EDIT: Holy mother of Jesus did I make the Hu Tao cult mad over this. Even if my jump cancels were bad like 50% of the time, the most time that it would have lost me would have been around 30% per run. Homa, 9/9/9 talents, Zhongli shred, and level 90 are all easily over 30% damage increase. So no. This very crude test does not favor father.

Umm... Okay.... It clearly that you don't have Arlecchino main weapon and couldn't you just borrow Hu Tao 5 star weapon for this show case. You did use it on Hu Tao by the way for this show case.

The fact hu tao at all needs to have a combo involving hop skoch on lava while playing hot potato is the exact reason why she cant ever be a must pull imo. For mobile playera shes not that easy to use if at all and just the fact you HAVE to is ridiculous just to get damage off of her. Not to mention, as others said, you can fk up her jumps as the video shows arle, without investment, is already doing fine and with investment surpasses hu tao.
Not to mention hu tao DOESN'T want to be healed because its a damage loss but has to rely on a shielder just to not die in 1 hit. Arle uses a shielder for interuption resist and to protect against damage but doesnt lose out on bol stacks in battle if a healer is active. She will only lose bol outside of battle if you want to heal. This makes her also a better hu tao because you arent loosing out on damage and can choose WHEN to heal as needed.
Thwse things surpass hu tao in every category with consistent damage vs "perfect rotation perfect jump perfect dhsusbdu" nonsense just to get 1 good tick of damage going.
A little exadurared but the spirit is there. Arle and Hu Tao are equally reliant on shielded though. You can play Hu Tao with Xinqiu and be fine, but it's just hard. Only difference is that she can't use kazuha or bennett.

Arle seems to have better dps but she is more limited than hu tao in terms of teammates. She can't use Furina as well. Like hu tao xianyun furina, yelan team is a pretty much better than any Arle teams even if hu tao by herself is weaker. This abyss is also massive on Arleccino VV teams.
In conclusion, Natlan will powercreep both you're not ready for Xbalangue.
Tbf, same thing can be said about bennet and Arle. But also furina is stronger so

At the end of the day both will 36 star and the difference is not big enough to really matter.

Damn, I'm not a Hu Tao simp, in fact I hate them but this was hard to watch, can't even give you the benefit of being on mobile, those whole 10 seconds of difference where due to a issue between the chair and the keyboard.
Would have been a bigger difference if Hu Tao didnt have homa lol. I admitted my mechanics on that character were not good in the description.

In what took you to do 3 of those scuffed cancels any decent player could have hit an extra one, a guy here in the comments even counted them 17 out of 18 were bad.
If your excuse is the Homa why make a comparison and let her have the Homa then? you could've used a F2P option on her as well but this one does come as an extremely biased video.
Not trying to be mean, I'll leave that to the Hu Tao toxic fanbase once they find this one, and they will, they're everywhere.

On top of this, level 90/90, 9/9/9 talents, 20% shred from Zhongli, and BIS set and you're saying its biased against her. IMO Arlecchino would have done better with equal investment, even if I had played Hu Tao perfectly.

@drekhunter I get what ur saying, but in that case, even if I played her perfectly, I shouldn't have made the vid because my Hu Tao's investment is so much better than my Arle's is. I prefaced that this was a crude and unfair test at the beginning of the video, and I can do whatever I want with my channel. I appreciate the criticism, but you gotta understand that even with my lack of Hu Tao mechanics, she is still performing at a higher floor than Arle. I can make crude comparisons whenever I want, especially when I preface that it don't mean shit. Criticism like that is welcome, but just in a way that goes both ways. If ur gonna point out Hu Tao flaws, then point out my Arles flaws.
you're using zhongli with hu tao that shreds the enemies pyro resistance. this was heavily in hu taos favor. bad damage comparison
I acknowledged this in the description. Yet all the Hu Tao simps get pissed at me when I miss like two jump cancels 🙏

You have completely screwed up playing Hu Tao by improperly jump cancelling. You were losing so much time. You're not supposed to jump in any directio
Only did that like a few times at the start of a few runs or when i ran out of stamina. Completely screwing over is a stretch. Plus she had Homa. Keep in mind Hu Tao had her BIS weapon and set, while father had a decent 4 star weapon w glad.
@@hunas2319when you were fighting the drake, out of the 18 charge cancels you did, 17 were improper jump cancels and 1 was a dash cancel. I think screwed up is pretty accurate 😂

@@floarboard8414 That is a nitpicked example, but lets run with it. Hu Tao was running Homa with 4 piece crimson. Arlecchino was not using her BIS set or weapon, and had worse talents and levels (even with Childe her NA was level 8). On top of this, the windspear's passive wasn't even activated during the second half of the fight. It is fair to say that my Arlecchino is about 40-50% worse than my Hu Tao. If proper jump cancels would have saved me like 20% more time, then Hu Tao still had the advantage. The rest of the tests were much better on my part. The truth is that Hu Tao puts out more consistant damage over a shorter period of time, while Arlecchino has frontloaded damage. Not saying that one character is better than another, but my entire video is flawed, and ONLY pointing out what could have saved Hu Tao time while not considering the entire situation is wrong.
