Chainsaw chain spinning and won't stop - rough Idle?

Here I work on a Stihl MS200T where the chain is spinning even at tick over or idle. Save yourself time and money. If you have this problem and or a sudden rough idle where the saw is almost going to stall then this video will help you solve the problem.
Doesn't matter what saw you have Stihl, Husqvarna, or Homelite the problem is the same. I take off the side cover and diagnose the reason for the problem and how to solve it and then need to readjust the idle on the saw.
