The space is great! Your far luckier than I was on the last two spaces as I had to gut one to the studs and another was a beast! You definitely did good with this one.... which p.o.s. system are you using??? I highly recommend the clover system. Their inventory system with bar-code add on is fantastic... it also is easy to upload for the accountant for taxes...

@@justjoelee oh then for sure it will make your inventory transition easier... hopefully it will auto update your online counts when something sells instore... their retail kits is super cheap.. although you need supply your own ipad for it... super excited for you boys! oh you will probably get inundated with magazine offers to advertise... you will end up doing far better with 'zoned' FB & IG paid marketing... magazines are not what they used to be and I spent decades advertising in all the big ones... so excited for you both! xoxo Randolph

With the other creators sharing space and rent, i hope you all agree to enter and sign a business agreement for the partnership like business you guys are entering. If things were to, for some reason, get sour with relationships, the rental agreement and business space is not affected. Because that could have the potential ti interrupt your personal business. That should never happen and restrict anyone from just walking away leaving unexpected expenses to any remaining partners. Get legal advice. Hopefully everyone agrees.
And what limits are placed on everyone's use of the space. Limitations will need to be set. A door key can invite unwanted activities.
