Airplane mode button should turn off all radio frequencies from the device. It just shows how badly designed those iPhone UIs are from this major oversight.
Airplane mode is for airplanes. Bluetooth and WiFi have no negative implications on an airplane. Bro your forehead is so massive it can be a billboard
Now I know why my Bluetooth still connects when I think it’s off
Big freaking DUH! Airplane mode shuts off your wireless and cell access but not bluetooth. This is the same for Android.
I use a shortcut on my phone to completely turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
You have to always check the iphone Bluetooth multiple times a day, especially first thing in the morning because it likes to automatically turn itself on without authorization and it seems to be an embedded OEM feature because there seems to be no way to disable the auto-enable function for iphone Bluetooth.
thanks a lot!
Tested and it does stay on.
Teach me more bro...😊
