      you have to do it in party chat settings or audio settings

      Yes the button above the volume wheel can be clicked and it will audibly say chat. The wheel should then be in chat/game audio mix. To go back to overall volume you need to press the button again

    So what do you mean “using the usb adapter “? For lag free experience, have the stick plugged into the base or directly into the Xbox?

    Won’t pick up my voice easily makes me sounds quiet. Any solutions? (Highest gain settings are active) was picking up too much noise. Now not enough noise.

    Does anyone have audio output issue on the ps5 still? If so how did you guys fix it. (I changed the output setting and it says connected but no sound)

    how do I rest the headset. It bugged out and its stuck with a solid green light.

      For the 900 MAX HX, try holding the power button and the volume down button for approximately 10 seconds. This should reset your headset to its factory settings.

    I bought these the other day and use for PC. I am very tech savy. Everytime I flick through a video I get this crackling sound. Tried every fix available and other cables and settings. Taking them back. If they were faulty I will return and update but at the moment for 399 bucks Australian. Not worth the money.

      There are no current plans to release a specific 900 MAX HS version, however the 900 MAX HX is 100% compatible with PlayStation, PC, and Switch as well as Xbox.

      You guys need to make your video and set up more clear for PS5 as the PS5 doesn’t support the 900s via Bluetooth. You need to plug the base in the PS5 then change the settings on the USB stick to PC then insert into base and then the PS5 will see the 900s.

      @@Emmz_808 The PS5 does not natively support Bluetooth audio connections.
      Additionally, as mentioned in this setup video, we recommend only using the 2.4GHz connection for gaming as Bluetooth connections introduce latency.

      Well Sony doesn’t support it. You need to connect using the PC option on the USB stick not console
