When I was Senior Manager of Central Bank of India, at Kallisseri Branch, THIRUMENI used to come to our Branch purely on courtesy visits. He used to share his memories at Kallisseri school and we had common friends. He used to joke with us and was very unassuming. Once when I tried to kiss his hands he told me" you may get the smell of fish" since I am a pure vegetarian.. To my surprise he came from Kottayam to meet me when someone told him that I am going from the Bank after my voluntary retirement. Very loving soul, I am much pained to hear the sad news.

Thirumeni had extra ordinary influence and freedom with Amma, what Thirumeni says about Amma is ,own experience, during Amma's Birthday program ten years ago, millions watching his speech around the globe, asked ,Amma directly that he wants to attend Amma's Birthday even when he becomes 100 ,Amma gracefully granted that extra ordinary prayer of that outstanding Devotee and Valiya Thirumeni lived up to the age of 104.April 27,2021 was the last Birthday. It is very rare to see such Mahatmas in a lifetime.

When I was Senior Manager of Central Bank of India, at Kallisseri Branch, THIRUMENI used to come to our Branch purely on courtesy visits. He used to share his memories at Kallisseri school and we had common friends. He used to joke with us and was very unassuming.
Once when I tried to kiss his hands he told me" you may get the smell of fish" since I am a pure vegetarian..
To my surprise he came from Kottayam to meet me when someone told him that I am going from the Bank after my voluntary retirement.
Very loving soul, I am much pained to hear the sad news.

Thirumeni had extra ordinary influence and freedom with Amma, what Thirumeni says about Amma is ,own experience, during Amma's Birthday program ten years ago, millions watching his speech around the globe, asked ,Amma directly that he wants to attend Amma's Birthday even when he becomes 100 ,Amma gracefully granted that extra ordinary prayer of that outstanding Devotee and Valiya Thirumeni lived up to the age of 104.April 27,2021 was the last Birthday. It is very rare to see such Mahatmas in a lifetime.
