Skeletons are one of my favorite type of Halloween creatures for the pure fact that despite having little to no flesh they're usually the most lively characters. This video captured that perfectly.
I even got idea how it would look. You find witch that can make you and your crew look like sceletons and you going on their celebracion/party as some kind of music band. You have to make sure to entertain crowd od they will start suspect something the more crew on stage the more entertained they are. If the crew members a less then they can even losing it and they also could want some specific crewmate to play do he must go or extra lv down. Meanwhile other part of crew can loot there trasures. This all would be challange of time because -Your illusion spell dont last forever so you must choise how much focus on distracting endless army od sceletons and how much for looting -While you are playing some other ships can come and take posecion od what you just bring to your ship -You can exit by just running but then 2-3 high level ship will chase you on open sea... Or drop a big bomb with barrels of gunpowder so they wouldnt know or didnt have strenght to chase you
Now that there are two pirate captains seeking the Crystal Coconut (referring to the DKC vid) I can't help but imagine what a showdown between the two of them would be like to see who truly would get to keep the treasure!
Fun Fact: Most Pirates who wore an eye patch still had both eyes. They would often wear the patches for a different purpose, so when they went lower into the ship, they could swap the eye patch over to the other eye in order to see better, as their other eye would be adjusted to the bright sun and the other to the darker areas of the ship.
Klump is the little brother of captain Scurvy's, on the song of King K.rool Up to the Scale it shows that captain Scurvy, got recruited to Kremling Army that was the why they were on his Ship, because K.rool take it after Donkey Kong Country 64

I don't know how many times I've watched Pirate's Scorn on your channel but Wooow!! You really got your recognition. Proud of you dude!! Keep that 2D smooth animation coming!
The thing that absolutely blows me out of the water (pun somewhat intended) is that this isn't 2D. It's the best 3D blending I've come across. I don't know how long it wouldn't taken me to figure out if I hadn't seen the bit about 3D models in the credits.
@@sonicfanboy3375 Even more, in the same shot you see two croc sceleton heads... and one has golden earrings... like the croc captain in the animation. Just the hat is not quite the same, but clothes can change.

I love Alestorm and it's awesome that they commissioned you to make this! It turned out so well. I love how much detail you put into it even for parts like 1:57 where the shots are there less than a few seconds.
I dont know how to explain this, but they move exactly how I would expect skeleton rockstar pirates to move. Especially the captain, he has so much swagger to him.
Haven't seen anyone comment on it and I don't know if its an intentional wordplay joke but I love how the captain quite litterally "assembles" his crew.
Absolutely genius. The fluidity, color blending, the consistent style of every object and figure, all are pleasant and easy on the eye. The precision between scenes and sounds is top notch. One of the greatest animations I've ever seen.
I think the song is pretty good. The animation that you made to go along with it is next-level incredible! I love how many little details you throw in everywhere. I'm impressed how well you were able to bring the mosh-pit of a crowd to life. You are truly one of the best indie animators around!

Love the animation! I did notice a small inconsistency on like my 5th watch, at 1:24 the pirate Captain held the telescope up to his eyepatched right eye without lifting the eyepatch up. Either way small problem that I just wanted to point out
The production quality is insane, it legit feels like a full AAA studio made this. Extremely smooth motions, good lipsync, lots of motion, great transitions, and coloring.

I found and this song yesterday in my recommendations and I'm so glad I found it. This is genuinely the most hardcore, catchy, fun, awesome sounding pirate song I've ever heard! How it perfectly blends traditional 1700s shanties with hardcore rock and watching the beautiful animation makes the experience even more fun! This is genuinely one of my favorite songs now, it makes me feel powerful, crazy and makes me wish I was a pirate that plunders, gets drunk, and most importantly, has a bone-shaking pirate party time! Arrr!
